Abstract
Description
図1,2に示されるように、組電池1は、例えば、筐体11と、複数の電池セル12と、導電部材13,14と、コネクタ15A,15Bと、回路基板17と、を備えている。電池セル12、導電部材13,14、コネクタ15A,15B、および回路基板17は、筐体11に収容されている。複数の電池セル12は、複数の導電部材13によって互いに電気的に接続されている。複数の電池セル12の電力、すなわち組電池1の電力は、導電部材14およびコネクタ15A,15Bを介して、外部コネクタ100(接続部材)に出力可能となっている。また、組電池1は、ブラケット101およびボルト102によって、設置部103に固定可能となっている。コネクタ15A,15Bの一方は、正極コネクタであり、コネクタ15A,15Bの他方は、負極コネクタである。以後、コネクタ15A,15Bの総称としてコネクタ15を用いる場合がある。組電池1は、電池モジュールや電池装置とも称されうる。また、筐体11は、ケースや容器とも称されうる。また、電池セル12は、単電池や電池とも称される。コネクタ15は、第一のコネクタの一例であり、外部コネクタ100は、第二のコネクタの一例である。
次に、図16〜18に示される第2〜4の実施形態について説明する。第2〜第4の実施形態の組電池は、上記第1の実施形態の組電池1と同様の構成を備えている。よって、本実施形態によっても、上記第1の実施形態と同様の構成に基づく同様の結果(効果)が得られる。ただし、第2〜第4の実施形態の組電池は、第1の実施形態に対して、ナット47が主に異なる。
Claims (13)
- 第一の外壁部と、前記第一の外壁部に設けられ前記第一の外壁部の外側に突出した突出部と、を有した筐体と、
電極端子を有し、前記筐体に収容された複数の電池セルと、
前記突出部に設けられ、前記電極端子と電気的に接続された第一のコネクタと、
を備えた組電池。 - 前記突出部には、当該突出部の突出方向の端面と、前記端面に開口した室と、が設けられ、
前記第一のコネクタは、少なくとも一部が前記室に収容された、請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記電極端子と電気的に接続される第一の端子部と、前記第一のコネクタと電気的に接続される第二の端子部と、前記第一の端子部と前記第二の端子部との間に設けられた曲部と、を有した第一の導電部材を備えた、請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 第一のネジ部材と、
前記第一のネジ部材と接続された第二のネジ部材と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記第一のネジ部材の中心軸の軸方向に前記第一のネジ部材を移動可能に支持した支持部と、
前記電極端子と電気的に接続された第一の導電部材と、
を備え、
前記第一のコネクタは、絶縁性のボディーと、前記ボディーに支持された第二の導電部材と、を有し、
前記第一の導電部材と前記第二の導電部材とが、前記第一のネジ部材と前記第二のネジ部材との間に挟まれた、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の組電池。 - 前記第一のネジ部材は、第一のナットである、請求項4に記載の組電池。
- 前記第一のナットは、
前記中心軸回りの環状の筒部と、
前記第一の導電部材と前記第二の導電部材とが重ねられた第一の面を有し、前記筒部から前記筒部の径方向の外側に張り出したフランジ部と、
を有した、請求項5に記載の組電池。 - 前記フランジ部は、前記中心軸に沿った方向に視て非円形に構成され、
前記支持部は、前記フランジ部の外周面に沿った形状に構成されて前記外周面を囲い、前記外周面と接触した状態で前記中心軸回りの前記第一のナットの回転を制限する第二の面を有した、請求項6に記載の組電池。 - 前記フランジ部は、前記外周面を有し前記筒部から前記径方向の外側に張り出した第一の部分と、前記第一の部分と接続され、前記第一の面を有し、少なくとも一部が前記第一の部分から前記径方向の外側に張り出した第二の部分と、を有し、
前記第一の面の面積は、前記第一の部分の前記中心軸と直交する断面の面積よりも大きい、請求項7に記載の組電池。 - 前記第一の面は、前記中心軸に関して非対称に構成された、請求項6〜8のいずれか一つに記載の組電池。
- 前記第一の外壁部に設けられ、第一のネジ部と接続可能な第二のネジ部を備え、
前記第一の外壁部は、絶縁性であり、
前記第一のネジ部が第一の支持部材を間に挟んで前記第二のネジ部に取り付けられた状態で、前記筐体が前記第一の支持部材に支持された、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の組電池。 - 前記第二のネジ部は、前記第一の外壁部に少なくとも一部が埋め込まれた状態で設けられた第二のナットによって構成された、請求項10に記載の組電池。
- 前記筐体は、第二の支持部材と接続された第二の外壁部を有し、
前記第二のネジ部は、前記第一の支持部材を介して前記第二の支持部材と接続された、請求項10または11に記載の組電池。 - 前記第一のコネクタに第二のコネクタが電気的に接続された状態で、前記第二のコネクタに接続されたケーブルが前記第一の外壁部に沿って延びた、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の組電池。
