Description
図3に最も明瞭に示すように、電池モジュール12は、電池セル14をX方向に配列したものである。電池モジュール12は、四角筒状の外装体31に収容され、外装体31によって拘束されている。
図2から図4に示すように、隣接する電池セル14の端子21A,21Bは、複数(本実施形態では7枚)のバスバー42Aによって電気的に接続されている。電流が流れる方向の端に位置する電池セル14の端子21A,21Bには、バスバー42B,42Cが電気的に接続されている。本実施形態のバスバー(導電部材)42A~42Cは、バスバーフレーム45に保持され、バスバーユニット40として一体化されている。
図1から図3に示すように、バスバーフレーム45は、フレーム本体47に対してコネクタ保持部55を、第1の姿勢と第2の姿勢に変形できるように、連結部68によって連結したものである。図1に最も明瞭に示すように、連結部68は、可撓性を具備するように、フレーム本体47及びコネクタ保持部55よりも厚みが薄く形成されている。これにより連結部68は、フレーム本体47及びコネクタ保持部55に対して折曲可能に構成されている。
前述のように、電線73A,73Bを配索するために、フレーム本体47には、配索溝53A,53Bが設けられ、コネクタ保持部55には、結束部58、空隙部61、及び連通部64が設けられている。
図1及び図2に示すように、コネクタ保持部55の取付部56A,56Bは、コネクタ70A,70Bに対して外部コネクタ71を接続する向きが、サイドプレート34に沿って平行に位置するように設けられている。つまり、コネクタ70A,70Bの開口部70aが、サイドプレート34が延びるXZ平面に対して直交する向きに開口するように、取付部56A,56Bが設けられている。
上記実施形態では、コネクタ70A,70B及びコネクタ保持部55がサイドプレート34を介して電池セル14群の長側面25に配置されている場合を例示した。この変形例1では、コネクタ及びコネクタ保持部が、電池セル14群の短側面26に配置されている場合を例示する。
上記実施形態では、コネクタ70A,70Bがコネクタ保持部55を介して電池セル14群の長側面25に配置されている場合を例示した。この変形例2では、コネクタ保持部を有していない蓄電装置10Bについて説明する。

Claims (8)
- 端子を有し、配列された複数の蓄電素子によって、前記端子が配置された端子面と、この端子面と交差する側面と、前記端子面とは反対側に位置する底面と、が形成された蓄電素子群と、
隣接した前記端子をそれぞれ接続する複数のバスバーを保持したバスバーフレームと
を備え、
前記バスバーフレームは、
前記バスバーを保持し、前記端子面に配置された本体と、
外部コネクタが接続されるコネクタを有し、前記側面に配置されたコネクタ保持部と、
前記本体と前記コネクタ保持部を連結する連結部と
を備え、
前記コネクタ保持部は、前記端子面と前記底面との間に配置されており、
前記連結部は、前記本体に対して前記コネクタ保持部を、前記端子面に沿って位置する第1の姿勢と、前記側面に沿って位置する第2の姿勢とに変更可能に連結している、蓄電装置。 - 前記連結部は、前記本体及び前記コネクタ保持部と一体構造で、前記本体及び前記コネクタ保持部に対して折曲可能である、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電素子群は、前記側面を含む外周部を取り囲み、一端に前記端子面が位置する外装体をさらに備え、
前記外装体には、前記第2の姿勢の前記コネクタ保持部を係止する係止部が設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記本体側に位置する前記コネクタ保持部の端部には、前記コネクタに接続された複数の電線を取り囲む結束部が形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記コネクタ保持部には、前記コネクタの周囲に前記電線を配索する空隙部が形成されている、請求項4に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記コネクタ保持部は、
前記本体側に位置する端部に設けられ、前記コネクタに接続された複数の電線を取り囲む結束部と、
前記コネクタの周囲に設けられ、前記電線を配索する空隙部と
を有し、
前記結束部又は前記空隙部を構成する外壁の少なくとも一面は、開閉可能なカバーによって構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記コネクタは、前記外部コネクタを接続する向きが前記側面に対して平行に位置するように配置されている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記コネクタは、並置された第1コネクタと第2コネクタとを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
