Abstract
Description
撮像装置1は、前側が開口部81となっているハウジング8と、ハウジング8の内部に設けられた「電子回路ユニット」としての撮像回路ユニット4と、ハウジング8の開口部81に取り付けられるレンズユニット3と、ハウジング8の内部に設けられ撮像回路ユニット4を外部機器と接続する外部接続用コネクタ5と、撮像回路ユニット4をハウジング8内に固定する固定部材9とを備えて構成されている。
本実施形態の撮像装置1の作用・効果について説明済みのものを除き説明する。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限らず種々の変形例での実施が可能であるため、その一例を説明する。

Claims (4)
- 撮像素子を実装した基板を含む電子回路ユニットを収容するハウジングを備える撮像装置用部品において、
前記ハウジングは、外枠部材と、前記外枠部材の内面に設けられ前記電子回路ユニットを収容する金属製の内枠部材と、を備えており、
前記電子回路ユニットの熱伝導部と前記内枠部材とを接触させた状態で前記電子回路ユニットを前記ハウジングに固定する固定部材
をさらに備えることを特徴とする撮像装置用部品。
- 前記熱伝導部は、前記基板に設けられ、前記撮像素子と前記内枠部材とに接触する金属でなる熱伝導路である請求項1記載の撮像装置用部品。
- 前記熱伝導路は前記基板に設けられており、前記撮像素子に接触する放熱用金属配線と、前記内枠部材に接触する放熱用金属配線と、それらの放熱用金属配線を繋ぐ金属膜である請求項2記載の撮像装置用部品。
- 請求項1〜3何れか1項記載の撮像装置用部品を備える撮像装置。
