前記撮像素子を少なくとも実装する第1の回路基板および電子部品を少なくとも実装する第2の回路基板を含む、少なくとも2つの回路基板と、
前記撮像光学系が被写体に対して露出する開口を有し、前記撮像光学系、前記撮像素子、前記回路基板を保持する筐体と、
前記回路基板のいずれかから、前記撮像光学系から離れる方向に向かって延在するように、前記筐体の内壁に一体的に成型されている第1の伝熱部材と、
前記第1の回路基板および前記第2の回路基板の間に積層されて位置して、両方から発生する熱を前記第1の伝熱部材に伝える第2の伝熱部材と、
前記第1の伝熱部材および前記第2の伝熱部材に積層方向において接し、前記第2の伝熱部材から前記第1の伝熱部材に熱を伝える内部伝熱部材と、を備え、
前記第1の伝熱部材は、前記回路基板の中で前記撮像光学系から最も離れた回路基板から、前記撮像光学系から離れる方向に延在する。

以下、本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
まず、本実施形態に係る撮像装置について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る撮像装置10の車両1における搭載位置を示す配置図である。撮像装置10は、例えば車載カメラである。また、車両1は、例えば自動車などの車両である。
図2Aは、本実施形態に係る撮像装置10の撮像光学系側の平面図を示す。また、図2Bは図2Aに示された撮像装置のA−Aにおける断面図を示す。以下では、図2Bの撮像光学系20の撮影光軸OAに沿う方向で見て、撮像装置10から被写体に向かう方向(撮影光軸OAの矢印が指し示す方向)を「後」から「前」へ向かう方向として説明する。

- 撮像光学系と、
前記撮像光学系を介して結像される被写体像を撮像する撮像素子と、
前記撮像素子を少なくとも実装する第1の回路基板および電子部品を少なくとも実装する第2の回路基板を含む、少なくとも2つの回路基板と、
前記撮像光学系が被写体に対して露出する開口を有し、前記撮像光学系、前記撮像素子、前記回路基板を保持する筐体と、
前記回路基板のいずれかから、前記撮像光学系から離れる方向に向かって延在するように、前記筐体の内壁に一体的に成型されている第1の伝熱部材と、
前記第1の回路基板および前記第2の回路基板の間に積層されて位置して、両方から発生する熱を前記第1の伝熱部材に伝える第2の伝熱部材と、
前記第1の伝熱部材および前記第2の伝熱部材に積層方向において接し、前記第2の伝熱部材から前記第1の伝熱部材に熱を伝える内部伝熱部材と、を備え、
前記第1の伝熱部材は、前記回路基板の中で前記撮像光学系から最も離れた回路基板から、前記撮像光学系から離れる方向に延在する

- 前記撮像素子が撮像した被写体像の画像信号を前記筐体の外部に伝送する信号接続部と、
伝熱性を有し、前記筐体の外部に露出する前記第1の伝熱部材の一部と接続し、かつ前記信号接続部と前記筐体との間を封止する封止部材と、を更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。 - 伝熱性を有し、前記筐体の外部から挿入されて、前記第1の伝熱部材の一部と接続する挿入部材を更に備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置。
