Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態にかかる高電圧制御機器ユニットを搭載したハイブリッド自動車の車両を示す概略図である。同図に示す車両1は、板金製の車体10を備え、該車体10の前部に配置されたエンジンルーム2には、エンジン3a及びモータジェネレータ3bが直列に設置されたパワーユニット3が搭載されている。モータジェネレータ3bは、例えば三相交流モータである。車両1は、内燃機関であるエンジン3aをモータジェネレータ3bにより駆動補助すると共に、車両減速時などには、モータジェネレータ3bからの電力を回収可能なハイブリッド自動車の車両である。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態について説明する。なお、第二実施形態の説明及び対応する図面においては、第一実施形態と同一又は相当する構成部分には同一の符号を付し、以下ではその部分の詳細な説明は省略する。
Claims (11)
- 車両のフロアパネル上に搭載した車両駆動用のバッテリを有する高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造であって、
前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、前記車両の車幅方向に並設された少なくとも2個の車両駆動用のバッテリと、前記バッテリの電力授受を制御するための高電圧電装部品と、前記バッテリと前記高電圧電装部品とを一体に収容してなるケースと、を含むユニットであり、
前記2個のバッテリは、前記車両の車幅方向に並設された複数の前方シートの下側に搭載されており、
前記高電圧電装部品は、前記車両の車幅方向における前記2個のバッテリの間の位置に搭載されており、
前記ケースの底面には、少なくとも該ケースに対応する位置において前記車両の前後方向に延在する車両用部品が配置される凹部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記車両用部品は、前記車両の駆動力を伝達する駆動力伝達部材である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記車両用部品は、前記車両の駆動源であるエンジンの排気が流通する排気管である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記車両用部品は、前記車両に搭載された補機類、又は該補機類に電力を供給するための配線部品である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記2個のバッテリは、車幅方向における前記凹部の両側それぞれに配置されており、
前記高電圧電装部品は、前記凹部の真上位置に収容されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記フロアパネル上には、前記車両の車幅方向に所定間隔で配置されて前後方向に延びる一対の補強材が設置されており、
前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、車幅方向の両側が前記一対の補強材で挟まれた位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記複数の前方シートそれぞれを前記フロアパネル上で前記車両の前後方向へ移動可能に支持してなるシートレールを備え、
前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、前記シートレールよりも下方に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 車両のフロアパネル上に搭載した車両駆動用のバッテリを有する高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造であって、
前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、前記車両の車幅方向に並設された少なくとも2個の車両駆動用のバッテリと、前記バッテリの電力授受を制御するための高電圧電装部品と、を含むユニットであり、
前記2個のバッテリは、前記車両の車幅方向に並設された複数の前方シートの下側に搭載されており、
前記複数の前方シートそれぞれを前記フロアパネル上で前記車両の前後方向へ移動可能に支持してなるシートレールを備え、
前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、前記シートレールよりも下方に配置されている
ことを特徴とする高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記高電圧電装部品は、車幅方向における前記複数の前方シートの間の位置に搭載されている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記フロアパネル上には、前記車両の車幅方向に所定間隔で配置されて前後方向に延びる一対の補強材が設置されており、
前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、車幅方向の両側が前記一対の補強材で挟まれた位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。 - 前記高電圧制御機器ユニットは、
前記バッテリと前記高電圧電装部品とを一体に収容してなるケースをさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧制御機器ユニットの搭載構造。
