Claims (10)
- LiNbO3からなる第1の圧電基板と、
前記第1の圧電基板に構成されており、複数の第1のIDT電極を有する第1の帯域通過型フィルタと、
前記第1の圧電基板上に設けられており、前記複数の第1のIDT電極を覆っている誘電体層と、
第2の圧電基板と、
前記第2の圧電基板に構成されており、複数の第2のIDT電極を有し、かつ前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタとは通過帯域が異なる第2の帯域通過型フィルタと、
前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタに接続されている帯域阻止フィルタと、
を備え、
前記帯域阻止フィルタが前記第1の圧電基板以外の圧電基板に構成されている、弾性波装置。 - 前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタが、入力端子及び出力端子の内の一方である第1の端子を有し、
前記第1の端子とグラウンド電位との間に前記帯域阻止フィルタが接続されている、請求項1に記載の弾性波装置。 - 前記帯域阻止フィルタが、前記第1の端子とグラウンド電位との間に並列に接続されている複数の並列腕共振子を有する、請求項2に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記第2の帯域通過型フィルタが複数の端子を有し、
前記帯域阻止フィルタが前記第1の端子に接続されている第2の端子を有し、
前記第2の帯域通過型フィルタが有するいずれの端子と前記第1の端子との距離よりも、前記第2の端子と前記第1の端子との距離の方が短い、請求項2または3に記載の弾性波装置。 - LiTaO3からなる第3の圧電基板をさらに備え、
前記帯域阻止フィルタが前記第3の圧電基板に構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。 - 前記帯域阻止フィルタが前記第2の圧電基板に構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記第2の圧電基板がLiTaO3からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタがアンテナに接続される第3の端子を有し、前記第2の帯域通過型フィルタがアンテナに接続される第4の端子を有し、前記第3の端子と前記第4の端子とが接続されており、
前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタの通過帯域が、前記第2の帯域通過型フィルタの通過帯域よりも低域側に位置している、請求項7に記載の弾性波装置。 - 前記帯域阻止フィルタが少なくとも1個の第3のIDT電極を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記第3のIDT電極における最短の電極指中心間距離が、前記複数の第2のIDT電極における最短の電極指中心間距離よりも短い、請求項9に記載の弾性波装置。
