まず、実施形態の組電池100を図1〜図11を参照しつつ説明する。
図21(A)は、奇数個のセルサブアッシを積層して構成した組電池200を示す斜視図、図21(B)は、偶数個のセルサブアッシを積層して構成した組電池300を示す斜視図である。なお、実施形態の組電池100と同一の部材については同一の符号を使用し、その説明を一部省略する。
図22(A)は、カソード側ターミナル134をカソード側バスバ131Kに対して接合した状態の要部を断面で示す斜視図、図22(B)は、図22(A)を側方から示す側面図である。なお、実施形態の組電池100と同一の部材については同一の符号を使用し、その説明を一部省略する。

Claims (6)
- 発電要素を含み扁平に形成した電池本体と、前記電池本体から導出した電極タブと、を備えた単電池を、その厚み方向に複数枚積層してなり、前記電極タブが積層方向に沿って整列されている電池群と、
前記単電池の前記電極タブに接合し、少なくとも2つの前記単電池の前記電極タブ同士を電気的に接続する平板状のバスバと、
前記バスバに接合し、前記電池群における電力の入出力を中継する端子部材と、を有し、
前記電池群における前記電極タブが整列している面を、その面と直交する方向から見て、前記バスバへ前記端子部材を接合する端子接合位置を、前記バスバと前記電極タブとの接合位置から離して配置した組電池。 - 複数の前記バスバと、前記端子部材とを、別体に備え、
前記端子部材は、電力の入出力を行う端子面を、積層方向、または積層方向と交差した方向に対向して備えた請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記バスバに配設し、前記端子部材を保持する保持部材を、さらに有する請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記電池群は、積層した前記単電池の前記電極タブ同士の間に配設するスペーサを有し、
前記スペーサは、前記電極タブに前記バスバと反対側から当接して前記電極タブを支持する支持部を備えた請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 発電要素を含み扁平に形成した電池本体と、前記電池本体から導出した電極タブと、を備えた単電池を、その厚み方向に複数枚積層してなり、前記電極タブが積層方向に沿って整列されている電池群と、前記単電池の前記電極タブに接合し、少なくとも2つの前記単電池の前記電極タブ同士を電気的に接続する平板状のバスバと、前記バスバに接合し、前記電池群における電力の入出力を中継する端子部材と、を溶接する組電池の製造方法であって、
前記電池群における前記電極タブが整列している面において、その面と直交する方向から見て、前記バスバへ前記端子部材を接合する端子接合位置を、前記バスバと前記電極タブとの接合位置から離して配置して溶接する組電池の製造方法。 - 前記バスバとの溶接部分の厚みが前記バスバの厚みと同等の前記端子部材を用い、
溶接用のレーザ光を前記端子部材の側から照射し、
前記端子部材と、前記バスバと、を、少なくとも前記バスバを貫通させずに溶接する請求項5に記載の組電池の製造方法。
