Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る熱源システムの概略構成を示す模式図である。図2は、図1の熱源システムの熱源機側を部分的に示す模式図である。図3は、図2の熱源機内の冷媒回路及び熱媒体回路を示す模式図である。図1〜図3に基づき、本実施の形態1に係る熱源システムの構成について説明する。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る熱源システムの概略構成を示す模式図である。図6は、図5の熱源システムの熱源機側を部分的に示す模式図である。図7は、図6の熱源機内の冷媒回路及び熱媒体回路を示す模式図である。図5〜図7に基づき、本実施の形態2に係る熱源システムの構成について説明する。前述した実施の形態1における熱源システム10と同一の構成部材については同一の符号を用いて説明は省略する。
図9は、複式ポンプシステムを採用した従来の熱源システムの熱源機側を部分的に示す模式図である。図10は、単式ポンプシステムを採用した従来の熱源システムの熱源機側を部分的に示す模式図である。ここで、図9及び図10を参照して、熱源システム10及び熱源システム110によって得られる効果を詳細に説明する。
Claims (5)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機、空気と前記冷媒との熱交換を行う熱源側熱交換器、前記冷媒の流量を調整する膨張弁、及び熱媒体と前記冷媒との熱交換を行う負荷側熱交換器が接続されて形成された冷媒回路と、
前記熱媒体を前記負荷側熱交換器に圧送する流量調整ポンプを有し、前記負荷側熱交換器の下流側に設けられた負荷装置に前記熱媒体を循環させる熱媒体回路と、
前記流量調整ポンプの周波数を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記負荷側熱交換器の蒸発温度が流量閾値まで低下したときに、前記流量調整ポンプの周波数を増加させるものである熱源システム。 - 前記熱媒体回路は、
前記負荷装置をバイパスするバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管に設けられ、当該バイパス配管に流れる前記熱媒体の流量を調整するバイパス弁と、を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記負荷側熱交換器の蒸発温度が前記流量閾値まで低下したときに、前記バイパス弁の開度を増加させるものである請求項1に記載の熱源システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記負荷側熱交換器の蒸発温度が前記流量閾値よりも低い温度に設定された停止閾値まで低下したときに、前記圧縮機の駆動を停止させるものである請求項1又は2に記載の熱源システム。
- 前記冷媒回路は、複数設けられており、
前記熱媒体回路は、前記流量調整ポンプを、複数の前記冷媒回路のそれぞれに対応づけて複数有している請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の熱源システム。 - 前記制御装置は、複数の前記冷媒回路のそれぞれに対応づけて複数設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の熱源システム。
