Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態を適用する筒内直接燃料噴射式火花点火エンジン(以下、「エンジン」ともいう)1の、燃焼室周辺の概略構成図である。なお、図1はひとつの気筒についてのみ示しているが、本実施形態は多気筒エンジンにも適用可能である。
第2実施形態と第1実施形態との相違点は、バルブオーバーラップ期間の算出方法である。以下、この相違点を中心に説明する。
Claims (6)
- 筒内に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
筒内の混合気に火花点火する点火プラグと、
を備える筒内直接燃料噴射式火花点火エンジンを制御するエンジン制御装置において、
排気通路に介装される排気浄化触媒を暖機する必要がある場合に、燃料噴射タイミングが圧縮行程中であって、点火タイミングを遅らせる触媒暖機運転を実行し、
前記触媒暖機運転の実行中に、ピストン冠面に残存する液状燃料の推定量に応じて前記燃料噴射タイミングを進角するエンジン制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジン制御装置において、
前記ピストン冠面に残存する液状燃料の推定量が、排気微粒子の排出規制値に基づいて設定した閾値を超えた場合には、前記燃料噴霧が前記点火プラグへ向かうタイミングでの噴射から吸気行程噴射へ前記燃料噴射タイミングを進角するエンジン制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のエンジン制御装置において、
前記ピストン冠面に残留する液状燃料の推定量の増加に応じて前記燃料噴射タイミングを徐々に吸気行程に近付けるエンジン制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置において、
ピストン冠面の温度が低いほど前記燃料噴射タイミングの進角量を大きくするエンジン制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置において、
少なくとも前記暖機運転の実行中は、燃料の一部を吸気行程中にも噴射するエンジン制御装置。 - 筒内に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
筒内の混合気に火花点火する点火プラグと、
を備える筒内直接燃料噴射式火花点火エンジンを制御するエンジン制御方法において、
排気通路に介装される排気浄化触媒を暖機する必要がある場合に、圧縮行程中に燃料を噴射し、点火時期を遅らせる触媒暖機運転を実行し、
前記触媒暖機運転の実行中に、ピストン冠面に残存する液状燃料の推定量に応じて燃料噴射タイミングを進角させるエンジン制御方法。
