Abstract
Description
本発明の要旨は、以下の通りである。
(2) 前記表面処理層は、リン含有化合物、バナジウム含有化合物、銅含有化合物、アルミニウム含有化合物、ケイ素含有化合物、又は、クロム含有化合物の少なくとも何れかを、片面当たりの含有量として、以下に示す範囲で更に含有する、(1)に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
リン含有化合物:P換算で、0.0g/m2以上0.01g/m2以下
バナジウム含有化合物:V換算で、0.0g/m2以上0.01g/m2以下
銅含有化合物:Cu換算で、0.0g/m2以上0.02g/m2以下
アルミニウム含有化合物:Al換算で、0.0g/m2以上0.005g/m2以下
ケイ素含有化合物:Si換算で、0.0g/m2以上0.005g/m2以下
クロム含有化合物:Cr換算で、0.0g/m2以上0.01g/m2以下
(3)前記ジルコニア、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム及び酸化ネオジウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物の粒径が、10nm以上200nm以下である、(1)又は(2)に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(4)前記ジルコニア、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム及び酸化ネオジウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物の含有量が、片面当たり0.4g/m2以上1.5g/m2以下である、(1)〜(3)の何れか1つに記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(5)前記酸化物が、ジルコニア又は酸化ランタンである、(1)〜(4)の何れか1つに記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(6)前記表面処理層は、更に、粒径が2nm以上100nm以下である酸化チタン、酸化ニッケル及び酸化スズ(IV)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物を、片面当たり0.2g/m2以上2g/m2以下の範囲で含有する、(1)〜(5)の何れか1つに記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(7)前記酸化チタン、酸化ニッケル及び酸化スズ(IV)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物の粒径が、5nm以上50nm以下である、(6)に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(8)前記酸化チタン、酸化ニッケル及び酸化スズ(IV)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物の含有量が、片面当たり0.4g/m2以上1.5g/m2以下である、(6)又は(7)に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(9)前記酸化物が、酸化チタンである、(6)〜(8)の何れか1つに記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(10)前記表面処理層は、更に、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛を、片面あたり0.2g/m2以上5.0g/m2以下の範囲で含有する、(1)〜(9)の何れか1つに記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(11)前記酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛の粒径が、5nm以上100nm以下である、(10)に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(12)前記酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛の含有量が、片面あたり0.4g/m2以上2.5g/m2以下である、(10)又は(11)に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
(13)熱間プレス用溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板である、(1)〜(12)の何れか1つに記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
本発明の実施形態に係る溶融Zn系めっき鋼板は、素地鋼板の上に溶融Zn系めっき層を備え、更に、かかる溶融Zn系めっき層上の少なくとも片面に、以下で詳述する表面処理層を備える。この表面処理層は、粒径が5nm以上500nm以下であるジルコニア、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム及び酸化ネオジウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物を、0.2g/m2以上2g/m2以下の範囲で含有する。かかる構成を有する溶融Zn系めっき鋼板は、先だって説明した熱間プレス法に好適に用いることが可能である。以下では、かかる溶融Zn系めっき鋼板の構成について、詳細に説明する。
本実施形態に係る溶融Zn系めっき鋼板に用いられる素地鋼板については、特に限定されるものではなく、公知の特性や化学組成を有する各種の鋼板を使用することが可能である。鋼板の化学組成は、特に限定されるものではないが、焼き入れによって高強度を得られる化学組成であることが好ましい。例えば、引張強度が980MPa以上の熱処理鋼材を得ようとする場合には、素地鋼板が、質量%で、C:0.05〜0.4%、Si:0.5%以下、Mn:0.5〜2.5%、P:0.03%以下、S:0.01%以下、sol.Al:0.1%以下、N:0.01%以下、B:0〜0.005%、Ti:0〜0.1%、Cr:0〜0.5%、Nb:0〜0.1%、Ni:0〜1.0%、及び、Mo:0〜0.5%を含有し、残部は、Fe及び不純物からなる化学組成を有する焼入用鋼からなることが例示される。
本実施形態に係る溶融Zn系めっき層としては、特に限定されるものではなく、一般に知られている溶融Zn系めっきを使用することが可能である。具体的には、本実施形態に係る溶融Zn系めっき層として、溶融Znめっき、合金化溶融Znめっき、Zn−55%Alめっき、Zn−11%Alめっき、Zn−11%Al−3%Mgめっき、Zn−7%Al−3%Mgめっき、Zn−11%Al−3%Mg−0.2%Siめっき等を挙げることができる。なお、先だって説明したように、溶融Znめっきや合金化溶融Znめっきであっても、Alが含有されている点に注意されたい。
上記のような溶融Zn系めっき層の上には、更に、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム及び酸化ネオジウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物を含有する表面処理層が形成されている。
先だって説明したような溶融Zn系めっき鋼板に熱間プレス法を適用する場合、溶融Zn系めっき鋼板は、所定の温度まで加熱された後、プレス成形が行われる。本実施形態に係る溶融Zn系めっき鋼板の場合、熱間プレス成形を行うことから、通常、700〜1000℃に加熱するが、急速冷却後にマルテンサイト単相としたり、マルテンサイトを体積率で90%以上としたりする場合には、加熱温度の下限温度は、Ac3点以上とすることが重要である。本発明の場合、急速冷却後マルテンサイト/フェライトの2相域の場合も包含されるため、加熱温度としては、上記のように700〜1000℃とすることが好ましい。
以下では、まず、以下の表1に示す化学組成を有する溶鋼を製造した。その後、製造したそれぞれの溶鋼を用いて、連続鋳造法によりスラブを製造した。得られたスラブを熱間圧延し、熱延鋼板を製造した。続いて、熱延鋼板を酸洗した後、冷間圧延を実施して、冷延鋼板を製造し、表1に記載の化学組成を有する鋼#1〜#8の鋼板を作製した。表1に示すとおり、各鋼種の鋼板の板厚は、いずれも1.6mmであった。
鋼#1〜#8の鋼板に溶融Znめっき処理を行い、その後、合金化処理を実施した。合金化処理での最高温度は、いずれも530℃であり、約30秒加熱した後、室温まで冷却し、合金化溶融Znめっき鋼板(GA)を製造した。また、鋼#1を用いて溶融Znめっき処理を行い、合金化処理を行わずに、溶融Znめっき鋼板(GI)を製造した。

次いで、固形分比率で、表2の組成となる薬液を作成するため、下記化合物及び薬剤を、水を用いてブレンドした。得られた処理液をバーコータで塗布し、最高到達温度100℃で8秒間保持されるような条件でオーブンを用いて乾燥することにより、熱間プレス用めっき鋼板を製造した。処理液の付着量は、処理液中の不揮発分の全付着量が表3に示される数値になるように、液の希釈及びバーコータの番手により調整した。以下の表2において、各成分の固形分濃度は、処理液全体の不揮発分に対する「酸化物A」といった各成分の不揮発分の比率(単位:質量%)として記載した。
なお、後述するように、ジルコニア、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム及び酸化ネオジウム以外の粒状物質としてアルミナ(ゾル)を含有する処理液も検討したが、この場合はアルミナを「酸化物A」とみなした。同様に、酸化チタン、酸化ニッケル及び酸化スズ(IV)を「酸化物B」とし、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム及び酸化亜鉛を「酸化物C」とした。

表面処理層の形成工程後、各試験番号の鋼板に対して、炉加熱と通電加熱の2種類の加熱方式にて熱間プレス加熱を行い、熱間プレスを実施した。炉加熱では、炉内雰囲気を910℃、空燃比を1.1とし、鋼板温度が900℃に到達後速やかに炉内から取り出した。通電加熱では、加熱速度を85℃/秒及び42.5℃/秒とし、870℃に加熱した。なお、以下では、炉加熱より短時間の加熱である通電加熱の結果を表3に示し、炉加熱での結果を表4に示す。
[リン酸塩処理性評価試験]
以下の表3〜表4に記載の各試験番号の板状の熱間プレス鋼材に対して、日本パーカライジング株式会社製の表面調整処理剤プレパレンX(商品名)を用いて、表面調整を室温で20秒実施した。更に、日本パーカライジング株式会社製のリン酸亜鉛処理液パルボンド3020(商品名)を用いて、リン酸塩処理を実施した。処理液の温度は43℃とし、板状の熱間プレス鋼材を処理液に120秒間浸漬後、水洗・乾燥を行った。
上述のリン酸塩処理を実施した後、各試験番号の板状の熱間プレス鋼材に対して、日本ペイント株式会社製のカチオン型電着塗料を、電圧160Vのスロープ通電で電着塗装し、更に、焼き付け温度170℃で20分間焼き付け塗装した。電着塗装後の塗料の膜厚の平均は、いずれの試験番号も10μmであった。
評価面の塗装に対し、カッターナイフ(荷重500gf、1gfは約9.8×10−3Nである。)で切れ目を入れ、下記サイクル条件のサイクル腐食試験を180サイクル実施した。
塩水噴霧(SST、5%NaCl、35℃雰囲気)2hr→乾燥(60℃)2hr→湿潤(50℃、98%RH)4hrを1サイクルとして、実施した。
表3〜表4中の「耐食性」欄の「E」は、3.0mm以上の塗膜膨れの発生があったことを意味する。「D」は、2.0mm以上3.0mm未満の塗膜膨れの発生があったことを意味する。「C」は、1.0mm以上2.0mm未満の塗膜膨れの発生があったことを意味する。「B」は、0.5mm以上1mm未満の微小な塗膜膨れがあったことを意味する。「A」は、0.5mm未満の極微小な塗膜膨れがあったことを意味する。かかるサイクル腐食試験において、「C」、「B」又は「A」である場合、耐食性に優れると判断した。

- 基材である溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板と、
前記溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板の少なくとも片面に形成された表面処理層と、
を備え、
前記表面処理層は、粒径が5nm以上500nm以下であるジルコニア、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム及び酸化ネオジウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物を、片面当たり0.2g/m2以上2g/m2以下の範囲で含有する、溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。 - 前記表面処理層は、リン含有化合物、バナジウム含有化合物、銅含有化合物、アルミニウム含有化合物、ケイ素含有化合物、又は、クロム含有化合物の少なくとも何れかを、片面当たりの含有量として、以下に示す範囲で更に含有する、請求項1に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。

- 前記酸化チタン、酸化ニッケル及び酸化スズ(IV)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の酸化物の含有量が、片面当たり0.4g/m2以上1.5g/m2以下である、請求項6又は7に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
- 前記酸化物が、酸化チタンである、請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
- 前記表面処理層は、更に、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛を、片面あたり0.2g/m2以上5.0g/m2以下の範囲で含有する、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
- 前記酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛の粒径が、5nm以上100nm以下である、請求項10に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
- 前記酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛の含有量が、片面あたり0.4g/m2以上2.5g/m2以下である、請求項10又は11に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
- 熱間プレス用溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板である、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の溶融亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
