Claims (10)
- 無菌状態に維持された内部で細胞培養容器を処理するアイソレータと、該アイソレータ内に位置する1台又は複数台のロボットアームと、を備え、
前記アイソレータ内にて、前記1台又は複数台のロボットアームを用いることにより、
前記細胞培養容器により培養された細胞を取り出す取り出し工程と、
前記取り出された細胞が含まれる細胞含有液体における該細胞の密度を調整する細胞密度調整工程と、
前記密度の調整がなされた細胞含有液体を複数の製品容器へ小分けして投入する小分け工程と、を実行することを特徴とする培養細胞製品の製造装置。 - 前記細胞密度調整工程は、
前記取り出し工程により取り出された複数の細胞の一部又は全部を観察して生存細胞数を計数することを支援する計数支援工程と、
前記計数により得られた生存細胞数の数量に対応した量の保存液を、前記取り出された細胞に添加する保存液添加工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の培養細胞製品の製造装置。 - 前記小分け工程を実行するに先立ち、
前記計数により得られた生存細胞数の数量に基づいて前記製品容器の数量を導出する容器数導出工程を実行することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の培養細胞製品の製造装置。 - 前記アイソレータ内に画像拡大装置が配置され、
前記計数支援工程では、前記取り出し工程により取り出された細胞の一部が前記画像拡大装置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の培養細胞製品の製造装置。 - 前記細胞密度調整工程の前と、前記小分け工程の前とに懸濁工程が実行され、
前記懸濁工程は、前記細胞含有液体を撹拌することにより、前記細胞が均等に分散した状態の懸濁液とする工程であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の培養細胞製品の製造装置。 - 無菌状態に維持された内部で細胞培養容器を処理するアイソレータと、該アイソレータ内に位置する1台又は複数台のロボットアームと、を備えた培養細胞製品の製造装置を用い、
前記細胞培養容器により培養された細胞を取り出す取り出し工程と、
前記取り出された細胞が含まれる細胞含有液体における該細胞の密度を調整する細胞密度調整工程と、
前記密度の調整がなされた細胞含有液体を複数の製品容器へ小分けして投入する小分け工程と、を前記1台又は複数台のロボットアームにより行うことを特徴とする培養細胞製品の製造方法。 - 前記細胞密度調整工程は、
前記取り出し工程により取り出された複数の細胞の一部又は全部を観察して生存細胞数を計数することを支援する計数支援工程と、
前記計数により得られた生存細胞数の数量に対応した量の保存液を、前記取り出された細胞に添加する保存液添加工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の培養細胞製品の製造方法。 - 前記小分け工程を実行するに先立ち、
前記計数により得られた生存細胞数の数量に基づいて前記製品容器の数量を導出する容器数導出工程を実行することを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の培養細胞製品の製造方法。 - 前記製造装置は、前記アイソレータ内に画像拡大装置が配置されており、
前記計数支援工程では、前記取り出し工程により取り出された細胞の一部が前記画像拡大装置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の培養細胞製品の製造方法。 - 前記細胞密度調整工程の前と、前記小分け工程の前とに懸濁工程が実行され、
前記懸濁工程は、前記細胞含有液体を撹拌することにより、前記細胞が均等に分散した状態の懸濁液とする工程であることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の培養細胞製品の製造方法。
