Abstract
Description
上段と下段とに分割され、それぞれ空気と冷媒との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
空気中の粒子を帯電させる荷電部と、静電気力によって、前記荷電部で帯電した粒子を集める集塵部とを備える空気清浄装置と、
前記熱交換器を収納するとともに、前記空気清浄装置の高さ方向の中心位置を上段の熱交換器と下段の熱交換器との接続部よりも低い位置にして前記空気清浄装置を収納する室内機本体とを備える。
本実施の形態に係る機器の構成、本実施の形態に係る機器の動作を順番に説明する。その後、本実施の形態の詳細、本実施の形態の効果を順番に説明する。
図1を参照して、本実施の形態に係る機器である空気調和機の室内機100の構成を説明する。

本実施の形態の詳細について説明する。
本実施の形態では、複数の第1板状電極223のうち、いずれかの第1板状電極223の少なくとも一部が枠部230のスリット237に嵌る。これにより、複数の第1板状電極223が位置決めされる。したがって、複数の第1板状電極223と複数の第2板状電極224との間の間隔の均一性が向上する。
上段の部分と下段の部分とを有し、空気と冷媒との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
空気中の粒子を帯電させる荷電部と、静電気力によって、前記荷電部で帯電した粒子を集める集塵部とを備える空気清浄装置と、
前記熱交換器を収納するとともに、前記熱交換器の上流側で、前記空気清浄装置の高さ方向の中心位置を前記熱交換器の上段の部分と下段の部分との接続部よりも低い位置にして前記空気清浄装置を収納する室内機本体とを備える。
Claims (6)
- 上段と下段とに分割され、それぞれ空気と冷媒との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
空気中の粒子を帯電させる荷電部と、静電気力によって、前記荷電部で帯電した粒子を集める集塵部とを備える空気清浄装置と、
前記熱交換器を収納するとともに、前記空気清浄装置の高さ方向の中心位置を上段の熱交換器と下段の熱交換器との接続部よりも低い位置にして前記空気清浄装置を収納する室内機本体と
を備える空気調和機。 - 前記室内機本体は、前記空気清浄装置を前記熱交換器の手前に、前記熱交換器から離して収納する請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記室内機本体は、前記空気清浄装置を着脱自在に収納し、
前記空気調和機は、
前記空気清浄装置と前記熱交換器との接触を防止するために、前記空気清浄装置が前記室内機本体の奥行き方向に進入できる範囲を制限する制限部
をさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記静電気力を発生させるための電圧を前記集塵部に印加する電源部
をさらに備え、
前記室内機本体は、前記電源部を前面下部に収納する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記空気清浄装置を支持する支持部
をさらに備え、
前記室内機本体は、前記支持部を収納するとともに、前記空気清浄装置を前記支持部により支持して収納し、
前記電源部の少なくとも一部は、前記支持部の真下に配置される請求項4に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記集塵部は、第1端子が取り付けられた第1電極と第2端子が取り付けられた第2電極とを有し、異なる電圧をそれぞれ前記第1端子と前記第2端子とを介して前記第1電極と前記第2電極とに印加することで前記静電気力を発生させ、
前記支持部は、前記空気清浄装置が載る上面を有し、
前記上面には、穴が設けられ、
前記電源部には、それぞれ前記穴から突き出して前記第1端子と前記第2端子とに接触する第3端子と第4端子とが取り付けられ、
前記電源部は、前記異なる電圧をそれぞれ前記第3端子と前記第4端子とを介して前記第1端子と前記第2端子とに印加する請求項5に記載の空気調和機。
