Claims (8)
- 対象物の内部に連通可能に接続される接続部と、
前記接続部を介して前記対象物の内部に気体を送気する送気部と、
前記対象物の内圧を測定する内圧測定部と、
前記対象物の表面温度を測定する温度測定部と、
少なくとも前記内圧測定部による測定中は前記対象物の表面に向けてエネルギーを供給して、前記対象物の表面温度の変化を所定範囲に収める恒温部と、を含むことを特徴とするリークテスタ。 - 前記エネルギーは、遠赤外線であり、
前記恒温部は、遠赤外線を照射する遠赤外線照射部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリークテスタ。 - 前記恒温部は、前記気体の温度を調整する熱源部を有し、
前記エネルギーは、温度調整された前記気体を介して前記対象物に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリークテスタ。 - 前記恒温部は、前記気体の温度を調整する熱源部と、温度調整された前記気体を前記対象物に向けて送風する送風部と、を含み、
前記エネルギーは、送風された前記気体を介して前記対象物に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリークテスタ。 - 前記送気部は、前記気体を吸入する吸気口を有し、
前記送風部は、温度調整された前記気体を前記対象物に向けて送風する第1送風口と、温度調整された前記気体を前記吸気口に向けて送風する第2送風口と、を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリークテスタ。 - 前記対象物を収容する収容部を備え、
前記恒温部は、前記収容部内の気体の温度を、前記収容部に前記対象物が収容された所定のタイミングにおける前記対象物の表面温度と同じ温度または、前記表面温度に対して所定の温度を足し引きした所定範囲の温度に制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載のリークテスタ。 - 前記対象物は、内視鏡であることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のリークテスタ。
- 前記対象物を内視鏡とする請求項6に記載のリークテスタを含み、
前記接続部は前記内視鏡の内部に連通する内視鏡接続部を有し、
前記収容部は、前記内視鏡を収容する処理槽であることを特徴とする内視鏡リプロセッサ。
