Claims (5)
- 被覆導線と端子とが接続された端子付き電線であって、
前記端子は、前記被覆導線が圧着される圧着部と、端子本体とを有し、
前記圧着部は、一方が閉じた筒状で、被覆部を圧着する被覆圧着部と、前記被覆部から露出する導線を圧着する導体圧着部とを有しており、
前記被覆部を構成する樹脂は、120℃において120時間高温放置した後における収縮率が7%以下であることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 前記被覆圧着部の圧縮率が80%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端子付き電線。
- 前記被覆圧着部は、前記被覆圧着部の内面に突出し、周方向に環状に設けられる凸条部を有し、
前記凸条部の外周面には、前記凸条部に対応した凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記凸条部は、前記被覆圧着部の長手方向に離間して複数個設けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の端子付き電線。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線が複数束ねられたことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス構造体。
