Abstract
Description
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルを含有し、微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と共に用いられる、冷凍機油を提供する。
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルであり、冷凍機油が微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と共に用いられ、冷凍機用作動流体組成物が冷凍機油と微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒とを含有する、応用ともいえる。
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルであり、冷凍機油が微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と共に用いられ、冷凍機用作動流体組成物が冷凍機油と微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒とを含有する、応用ともいえる。
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルを含有する組成物を用いることにより、冷凍機を難燃化する方法を提供する。
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルを含有する。R1〜R5及びmは、それぞれポリビニルエーテルを構成する構造単位ごとに同一であっても異なっていてもよい。
(a)一方の末端が一般式(4)又は(5)で表され、かつ他方の末端が一般式(6)又は(7)で表される構造を有し、一般式(1)におけるR1、R2及びR3がいずれも水素原子、mが0〜4の整数、R4が炭素数2〜4の二価の炭化水素基、R5が炭素数1〜20の炭化水素基であるポリビニルエーテル。
(b)一般式(1)で表される構造単位のみを有し、一方の末端が一般式(4)で表され、かつ他方の末端が一般式(6)で表される構造を有し、一般式(1)におけるR1、R2及びR3がいずれも水素原子、mが0〜4の整数、R4が炭素数2〜4の二価の炭化水素基、R5が炭素数1〜20の炭化水素基であるポリビニルエーテル。
(c)一方の末端が一般式(4)又は(5)で表され、かつ他方の末端が一般式(8)で表される構造を有し、一般式(1)におけるR1、R2及びR3がいずれも水素原子、mが0〜4の整数、R4が炭素数2〜4の二価の炭化水素基、R5が炭素数1〜20の炭化水素基であるポリビニルエーテル。
(d)一般式(1)で表される構造単位のみを有し、一方の末端が一般式(5)で表され、かつ他方の末端が一般式(8)で表される構造を有し、一般式(1)におけるR1、R2及びR3がいずれも水素原子、mが0〜4の整数、R4が炭素数2〜4の二価の炭化水素基、R5が炭素数1〜20の炭化水素基であるポリビニルエーテル。
(e)上記(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)のいずれかであって、一般式(1)におけるR5が炭素数1〜3の炭化水素基である構造単位とR5が炭素数4〜20の炭化水素基である構造単位とを有するポリビニルエーテル。
実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜5においては、それぞれ以下に示す基油1〜10を用いて冷凍機油を調製した。
基油1:
エチルビニルエーテルとイソブチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体[エチルビニルエーテル/イソブチルビニルエーテル=8/2(モル比)、数平均分子量(Mn):500、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.25、40℃動粘度:50.2mm2/s、100℃動粘度:6.90mm2/s、粘度指数:91]
基油2:
エチルビニルエーテルとイソブチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体[エチルビニルエーテル/イソブチルビニルエーテル=9/1(モル比)、数平均分子量(Mn):1200、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.23、40℃動粘度:67.8mm2/s、100℃動粘度:8.20mm2/s、粘度指数:86]
基油3:
エチルビニルエーテル重合体[数平均分子量(Mn):700、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.22、40℃動粘度:50.4mm2/s、100℃動粘度:6.81mm2/s、粘度指数:86]
基油4:
エチルビニルエーテル重合体[数平均分子量(Mn):1300、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.20、40℃動粘度:62.5mm2/s、100℃動粘度:7.91mm2/s、粘度指数:90]
基油5:
メチルビニルエーテルとエチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体[メチルビニルエーテル/エチルビニルエーテル=1/9(モル比)、数平均分子量(Mn):2000、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.19、40℃動粘度:72.6mm2/s、100℃動粘度:8.46mm2/s、粘度指数:83]
基油6:
エチルビニルエーテルとイソブチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体[エチルビニルエーテル/イソブチルビニルエーテル=8/2(モル比)、数平均分子量(Mn):400、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.23、40℃動粘度:42.3mm2/s、100℃動粘度:6.18mm2/s、粘度指数:89]
基油7:
エチルビニルエーテルとイソブチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体[エチルビニルエーテル/イソブチルビニルエーテル=9/1(モル比)、数平均分子量(Mn):400、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.26、40℃動粘度:62.1mm2/s、100℃動粘度:7.99mm2/s、粘度指数:93]
基油8:
エチルビニルエーテル重合体[数平均分子量(Mn):1000、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.27、40℃動粘度:55.7mm2/s、100℃動粘度:7.35mm2/s、粘度指数:90]
基油9:
エチルビニルエーテル重合体[数平均分子量(Mn):1900、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.29、40℃動粘度:71.0mm2/s、100℃動粘度:8.55mm2/s、粘度指数:89]
基油10:
メチルビニルエーテルとエチルビニルエーテルとの共重合体[メチルビニルエーテル/エチルビニルエーテル=1/9(モル比)、数平均分子量(Mn):2200、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.31、40℃動粘度:75.9mm2/s、100℃動粘度:9.10mm2/s、粘度指数:93]
冷凍機油の各種性状を以下に示す試験方法に準拠して評価した。
動粘度:JIS K2283−1993
流動点:JIS K2269
引火点:JIS K2265−4
自然発火点:ASTM E 659−1978
JIS K2211「冷凍機油」の「冷媒との相溶性試験方法」に準拠して、ジフルオロメタン(R32)、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFC−1234yf)、又は1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFC−1234ze)10gに対して冷凍機油を10g配合し、冷媒と冷凍機油とが0℃において相互に溶解しているかを観察した。表中、「相溶」は冷媒と冷凍機油とが相互に溶解したことを意味し、「分離」は冷媒と冷凍機油とが2層に分離したことを意味する。
Claims (6)
- 請求項1に記載の冷凍機油と、微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と、を含有する、冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒が、ジフルオロメタン、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン及び2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項2に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- ポリビニルエーテルを含有する組成物の冷凍機油又は冷凍機用作動流体組成物への応用であって、
前記ポリビニルエーテルは、下記一般式(1):
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルであり、
前記冷凍機油は、微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と共に用いられ、
前記冷凍機用作動流体組成物は、前記冷凍機油と微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と含有する、応用。 - ポリビニルエーテルを含有する組成物の冷凍機油又は冷凍機用作動流体組成物の製造のための応用であって、
前記ポリビニルエーテルは、下記一般式(1):
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルであり、
前記冷凍機油は、微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と共に用いられ、
前記冷凍機用作動流体組成物は、前記冷凍機油と微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒と含有する、応用。 - 微燃性ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒が用いられる冷凍機の難燃化方法であって、
冷凍機油として、下記一般式(1):
で表される構造単位を有し、数平均分子量Mnが500以上2000以下であり、重量平均分子量Mwと数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが1.10以上1.25以下であるポリビニルエーテルを含有する組成物を用いることにより、前記冷凍機を難燃化する方法。
