Abstract
Description
本願は、2013年11月29日に出願された日本国特許出願第2013−248367号に対し優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
摩擦部材24は、その内周部でピストンロッド21の外周部に摺接して、ピストンロッド21に摩擦抵抗を発生させる。なお、摩擦部材24は、シールを目的とするものではない。
ここで、開閉ディスク76の開閉部83と当接ディスク79との隙間と、中間ディスク78、当接ディスク79および通路形成部材80に形成された通路86とがオリフィス88を構成している。このオリフィス88と、先端ロッド27の通路穴49とが、上室19とロッド内通路32とを連通させる通路89を構成している。
シールリップ275は、外周シール274からシリンダ内外方向内側に延出している。さらに、シール部265は、円環状のチェックリップ276を有している。このチェックリップ276は、シール部265の径方向中間部分のシリンダ内外方向内側から、シリンダ内外方向内側に拡径しつつ延出している。
以上により、縮み行程の減衰力は、伸び行程の減衰力に比べて高くなり、縮み側減衰力がハードの状態となる。

このような構造において、特にパイロット室の圧力が高くなると、シール部材の耐久性が低下してしまう可能性がある。また、パイロット室の圧力が高くなると、シール部材がパイロットケースに引っかかって摺動が安定しなくなり、その結果、減衰力特性が安定しなくなる可能性がある。
また、シール部材146において、シール部材146の軸方向において凹部380の範囲内に凸部385の頂部385Aが形成され、さらに凸部385の頂部385Aは凹部380の最小径部357Aよりもディスク145からの距離が大きい。このような形状とすることにより、図7Cの下段に示すように、使用時にシール部材146の内周側が滑らかとなる形状とすることができる。これにより、パイロット室140内の圧力が上昇したときに、内周側全体で圧力を受けやすくすることができる。
また、シール部材146,196のディスク145への固着側の剛性を高め、変形を防止した形状とすることにより、シール部材146,196の軸方向長を延ばすことができ、バネ性を向上することができる。また、従来と比して凸部385のボリュームを大きくし、パイロットケース118の外側筒部133に対する締め代を大きくとる構成としたため、パイロットケース118に対する摩擦力を大きくすることができる。これにより、バルブ部材113が開弁した後、閉弁動作をする際の応答性を向上させることができる。
さらに、凹部380のディスク145側に径方向外方に突出する凸部381を、最大径部359Aよりも大径となる、つまりバルブ部材113の中心軸線から離れる位置まで延出している。これにより、凸部381でディスク145への固着側の体積を大きくとることができる。
また、前記環状の凹部より前記減衰バルブから離間する側に前記シール部材の外周側で最も大径となる最大径部を形成し、前記シール部材の前記減衰バルブ側には前記最大径部よりも径方向外方に突出する減衰バルブ側凸部を設ける。
また、前記凸部の頂部は前記凹部の最小径部よりも前記減衰バルブからの距離が大きい。
上記実施の形態では、油圧緩衝器を例に示したが、流体として水や空気を用いることもできる。
上記実施形態では、摩擦部材24を備えた構成を示したが、微低速域での減衰力は低下するものの、摩擦部材24を無くしても良い。

- 作動液が封入されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に嵌装されるピストンと、
第一端側が前記ピストンに連結され第二側が前記シリンダの外部に延出されるピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンの摺動によって生じる作動液の流れを抑制して減衰力を発生させる減衰バルブと、
該減衰バルブに閉弁方向の圧力を作用させるパイロット室を前記減衰バルブとともに形成する有底筒状のパイロットケースと、
前記減衰バルブの背面の外周側に固着して設けられ、前記パイロットケースの筒部に摺動可能かつ液密的に嵌合される環状のシール部材と、
を備え、
前記減衰バルブは、内周側がクランプされ外周側が開くように構成され、
前記作動液の流れの一部を前記パイロット室に導入して前記パイロット室の圧力によって前記減衰バルブの開弁を抑制する緩衝器であって、

前記減衰バルブの背面の外周側に固着して設けられ、前記パイロットケースの筒部に摺動可能かつ液密的に嵌合される環状のシール部材と、
を備え、
前記減衰バルブは、内周側がクランプされ外周側が開くように構成され、
前記作動液の流れの一部を前記パイロット室に導入して前記パイロット室の圧力によって前記減衰バルブの開弁を抑制する緩衝器であって、
前記シール部材の外周部には環状の凹部が形成され、該凹部の最小径部の前記減衰バルブからの高さは、前記シール部材の外周部の前記最小径部よりも前記減衰バルブとは反対側で最大径となる最大径部の前記減衰バルブからの高さの1/3よりも大きい緩衝器。 - 前記環状の凹部より前記減衰バルブから離間する側に前記シール部材の外周側で最も大径となる最大径部を形成し、前記シール部材の前記減衰バルブ側には前記最大径部よりも径方向外方に突出する減衰バルブ側凸部を設ける請求項1、2の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記凸部の頂部は、前記凹部の最小径部よりも前記減衰バルブからの距離が大きい請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
