Description
また、本発明の他の実施形態は、オンセル型タッチパネルであって、上記転写用フィルムが、液晶表示素子の液晶を封入する透明基板の、液晶を封入する側とは反対側の面に接着されていることを特徴とする。
<銀ナノワイヤの作製>
支持フィルムとして、シリコーンコート離型PETフィルム(パナック株式会社製、SP−PET−100−01BU、剥離層付100μmのPETフィルム、剥離層の内容非開示)を用い、この表面に接着層として、ポリマーA層を形成した。ポリマーA層は、エスレックKS−3(積水化学製ポリアセタール樹脂)を酢酸エチルに溶解(約10質量%)した溶液を、10μm厚になるようにバーコーターでシリコーンコート離型PETフィルム上に塗布した後80℃で1時間乾燥することにより形成した。続いてポリマーA層上に銀ナノワイヤを含む導電性インクを塗布、乾燥することにより導電予備層を形成した。導電性インクは、ポリN−ビニルピロリドンK−30を1質量%になるようにイソプロパノールに溶解させた溶液に銀ナノワイヤ含有量が0.1質量%となるように調製したものを使用した。この導電性インクをガラス棒を用いて前記接着層の上に塗布した後80℃で1時間かけて乾燥することにより導電予備層を形成した。この導電予備層にNovaCentrix社製のキセノン照射装置Pulse Forge3300を使用し、パルス光照射を行うことにより導電予備層を導電層とした。なお、パルス光の照射条件は、光源の駆動電圧600V、照射時間60μsecで1回照射した。表面抵抗率は80Ω/□であった。表面抵抗値は、三菱化学株式会社製LORESTA−GP MCP−T610 4探針法表面抵抗率、体積抵抗率測定装置を使用して測定した。最後に導電層上に保護フィルム(保護層)としてシリコーンコート離型PETフィルムをシリコーンコート面が導電層と対向するように積層し、保護フィルムの上からガラス棒を転がし積層することにより、銀ナノワイヤ転写用フィルムを得た。
実施例1で得られた転写用フィルムを5cm角に切り出し、支持フィルムをはがした後露出させた接着層がガラス基板に対向するように積層し、その上からガラス棒を端からフィルム上を転がすことによってガラス基板上に接着層を介して導電層(ベタパターン)を転写した。転写後、保護フィルムを剥離し導電層の表面抵抗率値を測定した結果、表面抵抗率は転写前の転写用フィルムの導電膜の表面抵抗率がそのまま維持されていることを確認した。
支持フィルムとして、シリコーンコート離型PETフィルム(パナック株式会社製、SP−PET−100−01BU、剥離層付100μmのPETフィルム、剥離層の内容非開示)を用い、この表面に接着層として、ポリマーA層を形成した。ポリマーA層は、エスレックKS−3(積水化学製ポリアセタール樹脂)を酢酸エチルに溶解(約10質量%)した溶液を、10μm厚になるようにバーコーターでシリコーンコート離型PETフィルム上に塗布した後80℃で1時間乾燥することにより形成した。続いてポリマーA層上に銀ナノワイヤを含む導電性インクを塗布、乾燥することにより導電予備層を形成した。導電性インクは、ポリN−ビニルピロリドンK−30を1質量%になるようにイソプロパノールに溶解させた溶液に銀ナノワイヤ含有量が0.1質量%となるように調製したものを使用した。この導電性インクをガラス棒を用いて前記接着層の上に塗布した後80℃で1時間かけて乾燥することにより導電予備層を形成した。
Claims (10)
- 支持フィルムと、前記支持フィルム上に形成された接着層と、前記接着層上に形成された所定のパターン形状を有する金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電層と、を備える転写用フィルムを準備する工程と、
前記転写用フィルムの支持フィルムを剥離し、前記接着層を介して前記導電層を基板上に接着する接着工程と、
を有することを特徴とする導電パターン形成方法。 - 前記転写用フィルムを準備する工程において、接着層上に金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電性インクを所定のパターン状に塗布して導電予備層を形成する工程と、前記導電予備層にパルス光を照射することにより金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電層を形成する工程と、を有する請求項1に記載の導電パターン形成方法。
- 前記転写用フィルムを準備する工程において、接着層上に金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電性インクをベタ状に塗布して導電予備層を形成する工程と、前記導電予備層にパルス光を照射することにより金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電層を形成する工程と、導電層を所定のパターンに加工するパターン加工工程と、を有する請求項1に記載の導電パターン形成方法。
- 前記転写用フィルムを準備する工程において、導電層の接着剤層を備える主面とは反対の主面に保護層を形成する工程を含み、前記接着工程後保護層を除去する保護層除去工程を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の導電パターン形成方法。
- 支持フィルムに所定のパターン形状を有する金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電層と、導電層上に形成された接着層と、を備える転写用フィルムを準備する工程と、
前記転写用フィルムの接着層を基板上に接着する接着工程と、
前記支持フィルムを除去する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする導電パターン形成方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電パターン形成方法において、前記基板が液晶表示素子の液晶を封入する透明基板であり、前記接着層は、前記透明基板の液晶を封入する側とは反対側の面に接着されるオンセル型タッチパネルの製造方法。
- 支持フィルムと、
接着層と、
所定のパターンを有する金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブを含む導電層と、が順次積層されていることを特徴とする転写用フィルム。 - 前記導電層の金属ナノワイヤ及び/または金属ナノチューブ同士の交差部分の少なくとも一部が融着している請求項7に記載の転写用フィルム。
- 前記導電層の接着剤層を備える主面とは反対の主面に保護層を有する請求項7または8に記載の転写用フィルム。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の転写用フィルムが、液晶表示素子の液晶を封入する透明基板の、液晶を封入する側とは反対側の面に接着されているオンセル型タッチパネル。
