Abstract
Description
i.特許文献1に見られるようなリフロー炉によれば、フラックス回収装置のサイクロン機構に冷却プレートが設けられ、混合ガスが冷却プレートによって冷却されながらサイクロン外周部の内壁とサイクロン内周部の外壁との間で螺旋状の下向き気流を形成する。この間に冷却されて液化したフラックス成分が遠心分離されてサイクロン外周部の内壁に付着する方法が採られる。
図9を参照して、変形例としてのフラックス回収装置100’の構成及び動作例について説明する。フラックス回収装置100’は、フラックス回収装置100の第2の散水部20Bと異なる構造の第2の散水部20B’を備えている。第2の散水部20B’は、第2の散水部20Bと同様にして、環状のパイプの表面に複数の吹き出し口を設けているが、その開口方向が管軸(線)と直交する方向ではなく、その外側は管軸の接線方向に沿う方向に穿設されている。

Claims (8)
- フラックス成分を含む混合気体からフラックス成分を回収するフラックス回収装置であって、
前記混合気体に水を散水する第1の散水部と、
前記第1の散水部から散水された状態で前記混合気体を導入する導入口を有して旋回流により、前記混合気体からフラックス成分を分離する分離部と、
前記分離部の内側に降水流を形成する第2の散水部と、
前記分離部内で発生する水蒸気を除去する結露手段と
を備えるフラックス回収装置。 - 前記分離部は、
上側部に前記導入部を有し、上部に開口部を有し、下部に円錐部を有したフラックス成分分離用の筒状体と、
前記筒状体の開口部に係合された蓋部とを備え、
前記蓋部は円盤状の本体部を有し、
所定の長さを有した排気用の円筒部が前記本体部を貫く形態で設けられ、
前記円錐部は排水口を有し、
前記筒状体の接線方向から前記導入部へ前記混合気体が取り込まれると、
前記筒状体の内側に前記第2の散水部によって形成される降水流に、前記第1の散水部によって形成される旋回流により合流された前記フラックス成分及び水を前記排水口から排水し、
前記円筒部は一端から前記混合気体から分離された気体を取り込んで他端から吸出する請求項1に記載のフラックス回収装置。 - 前記第1の散水部は、
前記水を扇状又は円錐状に散水するノズルを有するとともに、
前記第2の散水部は、複数の吹き出し口を有して前記水を放射状に散水する環状管を有する請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のフラックス回収装置。 - 前記分離部から回収される水を浄化する水浄化装置を備えた請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフラックス回収装置。
- 前記水浄化装置は、オゾン処理部及び活性炭フィルターからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフラックス回収装置。
- 前記第1の散水部及び前記第2の散水部に水を供給する給水部と、
前記給水部の水を冷却する冷却部と
を備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のフラックス回収装置。 - 前記結露手段は前記水浄化装置に接続され、結露手段によって回収された水を前記水浄化装置に供給するようにした請求項4から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のフラックス回収装置。
- はんだ処理部と、
前記はんだ処理部で発生するフラックス成分を含む混合気体からフラックス成分を回収する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のフラックス回収装置を備えるはんだ付け装置。
