Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る負圧ポンプについて説明する。
次に、本実施形態に係る負圧ポンプ10の作用効果について説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るシリンダヘッドカバー100について説明する。
シリンダヘッドカバー100の一部が負圧ポンプ筐体部120とされることから、例えば、第1実施形態のようにシリンダヘッドカバーと負圧ポンプ10を別体にするものと比べて、製造コストを減らすことができる。
なお、上述の導電性を有する樹脂で筐体20を形成する構成については、第2実施形態に適用可能である。第2実施形態に適用した場合には、導電性を有する樹脂でシリンダヘッドカバー100が形成される。

Claims (8)
- 筒状とされ、軸方向の一端が蓋体によって閉塞された電気絶縁性を有する筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、アースされた動力源に機械的且つ電気的に接続され、前記動力源から動力が伝達されることで回転し、回転中心が前記筐体の中心に対して偏心した位置とされた導電性を有する回転軸と、
前記筐体内に配置され、前記回転軸に該回転軸と直交する方向に往復動自在に支持され且つ前記回転軸を介して前記動力源に電気的に接続され、前記回転軸と一体回転すると共に端部が前記筐体の内壁面上を摺動し、前記筐体内を複数の空間に区画して負圧を生成する導電性を有するベーンと、
を備える負圧ポンプ。 - 前記筐体は、電気絶縁性を有する樹脂で形成されている、請求項1に記載の負圧ポンプ。
- 筒状とされ、軸方向の一端が蓋体によって閉塞された導電性を有する筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、アースされた動力源に機械的且つ電気的に接続され、前記動力源から動力が伝達されることで回転し、回転中心が前記筐体の中心に対して偏心した位置とされた導電性を有する回転軸と、
前記筐体内に配置され、前記回転軸に該回転軸と直交する方向に往復動自在に支持され且つ前記回転軸を介して前記動力源に電気的に接続され、前記回転軸と一体回転すると共に端部が前記筐体の内壁面上を摺動し、前記筐体内を複数の空間に区画して負圧を生成する導電性を有するベーンと、
を備える負圧ポンプ。 - 前記筐体は、導電性を有する樹脂で形成されている、請求項3に記載の負圧ポンプ。
- 前記筐体を形成する樹脂は、導電性フィラーを含有している、請求項4に記載の負圧ポンプ。
- 前記ベーンは、全体が導電性を有する樹脂で形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の負圧ポンプ。
- 前記ベーンを形成する樹脂は、導電性フィラーを含有している、請求項6に記載の負圧ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の前記負圧ポンプを備え、一部が前記筐体を構成し、他の部分が前記動力源としてのエンジンのシリンダヘッドをカバーするシリンダヘッドカバー。
