- 直列に配置されるエンジン及びモータと、前記モータと駆動輪との間に配置されるクラッチと、前記クラッチにおける回転速度差に基づき前記クラッチの温度が上限温度を超えるか判断し、前記クラッチの温度が前記上限温度を超えると判断される場合には前記エンジン及び前記モータから前記クラッチに入力されるトルクをゼロにする駆動力カットを行う高温保護手段と、を備えたハイブリッド車両の故障判定装置であって、
前記クラッチにおける回転速度差に基づき前記クラッチの締結不良を判定する締結不良判定手段と、
前記締結不良判定手段が前記クラッチの締結不良を判定する間、前記高温保護手段による前記駆動力カットが行われないようにする制御干渉防止手段と、

前記クラッチにおける回転速度差に基づき前記クラッチの締結不良を判定し、
前記クラッチの締結不良を判定する間、前記高温保護手段による前記駆動力カットを行わない、
