Claims (5)
- 抵抗体を備えるシャント抵抗と、
前記抵抗体に流れた電流を検出するための回路基板に接続される基板接続端子と、
を備えたバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記基板接続端子は、
略直線状に形成されるとともに、前記シャント抵抗に接続される中間部と、
前記中間部の両端を基端として当該中間部と略直交する方向に突出して前記回路基板に接続され、かつ互いに略平行な2本の接続部と、
が一体形成されて成り、
前記基板接続端子は、前記抵抗体を挟んで2つ設けられており、
当該中間部と前記シャント抵抗との間の接触抵抗は、前記中間部の導体抵抗に比べて小さいことを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
4本の前記接続部が、当該接続部の長手方向で見たときに長方形の頂点の位置に配置されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記基板接続端子の前記中間部は、溶接により、前記シャント抵抗に接続されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記接続部は、前記回路基板に接続される先端部に比べて、基端部の方が幅が太いことを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記基板接続端子の前記接続部に電気的に接続される回路基板を備えることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。
