Claims (13)
- バッテリを収納するモジュールケースの内部に設けられるユニットであって、
吸込み口及び吹出し口を有するユニットケースと、前記ユニットケースの内部に配置された熱交換器及び送風手段とを備え、
前記モジュールケースの内部の空気は、前記送風手段により前記吸込み口から吸込まれるとともに前記吹出し口から吹出されて、前記モジュールケースの内部を循環し、
前記吹出し口から吹出される空気は、前記熱交換器を通過した空気と、前記熱交換器を通過していない空気とを含むことを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。 - 請求項1において、前記熱交換器は、前記送風手段よりも前記吸込み口側に配置されており、前記ユニットケースは、前記熱交換器と前記送風手段との間の部位に第2の吸込み口を設けてなることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記ユニットケースには、前記吸込み口から吸込まれた空気の一部が前記熱交換器を迂回して通過するバイパス路が設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかにおいて、前記ユニットケースには、電気ヒーターが設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のバッテリ温度調整ユニットを用いてなることを特徴とする車両搭載用のバッテリモジュール。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のバッテリ温度調整ユニットを搭載したことを特徴とする車両。
- バッテリを収納するモジュールケースの内部に設けられるユニットであって、
吸込み口及び吹出し口を有するユニットケースと、前記ユニットケースの内部に配置された熱交換器及び送風手段とを備え、
前記モジュールケースの内部の空気は、前記送風手段により前記吸込み口から吸込まれるとともに前記吹出し口から吹出されて、前記モジュールケースの内部を循環し、
前記熱交換器は、冷却用熱交換器であって前記吸込み口と前記送風手段との間に配置され、
更に、前記吸込み口と前記送風手段との間に加熱器を備え、
前記加熱器は、前記冷却用熱交換器と並列、又は当該冷却用熱交換器よりも前記吸込み口側に配置されていることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。 - 請求項7において、前記加熱器は、前記吸込み口と前記冷却用熱交換器との間に配置されることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。
- 請求項7において、前記加熱器は、前記冷却用熱交換器と並列に配置されることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。
- 請求項7から9のいずれかにおいて、前記加熱器は、電気発熱式ヒーターであることを特徴とするバッテリ温度調整ユニット。
- 請求項7から9のいずれかに記載のバッテリ温度調整ユニットを用いてなることを特徴とする車両搭載用のバッテリモジュール。
- 請求項7から9のいずれかに記載のバッテリ温度調整ユニットを搭載したことを特徴とする車両。
- 請求項12において、前記加熱器は、前記冷却用熱交換器よりも上方に配置されていることを特徴とする車両。
