Claims (8)
- 円筒状の中空部を有する第1部材と、
円筒状をなし、外周の径が前記中空部の径以上であり、前記中空部に圧入される第2部材と、
を備え、
前記第1部材のうち、前記第2部材が圧入されている部分の一部に、外周から内側へ向けて切り欠かれた凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする接合構造。 - 前記凹部は、複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合構造。
- 複数の前記凹部は、前記中空部の中心軸に対して回転対称な位置にそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接合構造。
- 円筒状の中空部を有する第1部材と、円筒状をなし、外周の径が前記中空部の径以上であり、前記中空部に圧入される第2部材と、を接合する接合方法であって、
前記第1部材のうち、前記第2部材が圧入される部分の一部に、外周から内側へ向けて切り欠かれた凹部を形成する凹部形成ステップと、
前記第2部材を前記中空部に圧入する圧入ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする接合方法。 - 円筒状部材を圧入によって接合する中空部を有する接合構造用樹脂部材の製造方法であって、
前記円筒状部材を圧入する部分と異なる部分から前記接合構造用樹脂部材をなす液状の樹脂を金型に流入して固化することにより成形することを特徴とする接合構造用樹脂部材の製造方法。 - 前記接合構造用樹脂部材には、前記円筒状部材が圧入される部分の一部に、外周から内側へ向けて切り欠かれた凹部が形成されており、
前記凹部の形成位置と異なる部分から前記液状の樹脂を前記金型に流入することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接合構造用樹脂部材の製造方法。 - 前記液状の樹脂は、前記接合構造用樹脂部材の長手方向の一端から前記金型に流入することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の接合構造用樹脂部材の製造方法。
- 前記液状の樹脂は、前記円筒状部材を圧入する側と異なる側の端部から前記金型に流入することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接合構造用樹脂部材の製造方法。
