Abstract
Description
(1)3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の合成
まず、 酸化剤として過塩素酸鉄(III)n水和物のアセトニトリル溶液20ml(濃度0.2M)を調製し、磁気攪拌を行った。
上記手順により得た3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の粉末11mgをニトロメタン1mlに溶解した。なおこの溶液は濃青色であった。
本実施例では、上記実施例1で得られた3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の粉末12mgをアセトニトリル1mlに溶解した以外は上記実施例1と同様に膜を作製した。本実施例では、自然乾燥させた膜が、光沢の弱い銅色となった。この場合の写真図を図14に示す。
上記実施例1においてチオフェン重合体を含む溶液を作製し、基材をPETフィルムに変えて複数の金属光沢を有する膜が形成された物品を作製した。この基材においても上記実施例と同様、良好な金属光沢を有する膜を形成することができることを確認した。
上記作製した金属光沢を有する膜を有する物品を用い、電気伝導度の測定を行った。以下説明する。
本実施例では、上記実施例1における過塩素酸鉄(III)n水和物を塩化鉄(III)六水和物とし、得られた3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の粉末4mgを蒸留水2.5mlに溶解し、その溶液を塗布に用いた以外は実施例1と同様に行った。この結果、赤みを帯びた銅色の金属光沢を有する膜及びその膜が形成された物品を得ることができた。ただし、本実施例に係るチオフェン重合体は、重合速度が上記実施例1に比べて遅く、重合セル壁面に付着したポリマーが既に強い金属光沢を有しており、収量が少なく、ポリマーの粉末が細かい点が異なっていた。なおこの場合におけるポリマー膜の写真を図17に、反射スペクトルを図18に、粉末のFT−IRスペクトルを図19にそれぞれ示しておく。
本実施例では、上記実施例1における過塩素酸鉄(III)n水和物を過塩素酸銅(III)六水和物とした以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。本実施例の結果、銅色の金属光沢を有する膜を形成することができることを確認した。なお、ポリマー膜の写真を図20に、粉末におけるFT−IRスペクトルを図21に、反射スペクトルを図22にそれぞれ示しておく。
本実施例では、上記実施例1における過塩素酸鉄(III)n水和物をテトラフルオロホウ酸銅(II)六水和物とした以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。本実施例の結果、金色の金属光沢を有する膜を形成することができることを確認した。なお、ポリマー膜の写真を図23に、粉末におけるFT−IRスペクトルを図24に、反射スペクトルを図25にそれぞれ示しておく。
本実施例では、上記実施例1において、得られた3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の粉末11mgをγ−ブチロラクトン1mlに溶解し、その溶液を塗布に用いた以外は実施例1と同様に膜の製造を行った。この結果、緑味がかった黄土色の金属光沢を有する膜を形成することができるのを確認した。なお、ポリマー膜の写真を図26に示しておく。
本実施例では、上記実施例1において、重合を進行させるために放置した時間を5分間とし、得られた3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の粉末10mgをアセトニトリル1mlに溶解し、その溶液を塗布に用いた以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。この結果、黄緑色の金属光沢を有する膜を形成することができることを確認した。なお、ポリマー膜の写真を図27に示しておく。
本実施例では、上記実施例1において、得られた3−メトキシチオフェン重合体の粉末11mgをジメチルスルホキシド1mlに溶解し、その溶液を塗布に用い、塗布後90℃で乾燥させたことを除き実施例1と同様に膜の製造を行った。この結果、銅色の金属光沢を有する膜を形成することができるのを確認した。なお、このポリマー膜の写真を図28に示しておく。
Claims (16)
- 重量平均分子量の分布ピークが200以上30000以下の範囲内にあるチオフェン重合体を含む金属光沢を有する膜。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、炭素数が1又は2のアルコキシチオフェン及びアルキルチオフェンの少なくともいずれかが重合したものである請求項1記載の金属光沢を有する膜。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、層状の配向構造を有する請求項1記載の金属光沢を有する膜。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、アルコキシチオフェン、アミノチオフェン、ヒドロキシチオフェン、及び、アルキルチオフェンの少なくともいずれかが重合したものである請求項1記載の金属光沢を有する膜。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、過塩素酸イオン、ヘキサフルオロリン酸イオン、テトラフルオロホウ酸イオン、塩化物イオン、及び、パラトルエンスルホン酸イオンの少なくともいずれかがドーピングされたものである請求項1記載の金属光沢を有する膜。
- 化学重合法により重合されたものである請求項1記載の金属光沢を有する膜。
- 重量平均分子量の分布のピークが200以上30000以下の範囲内にあるチオフェン重合体を含む金属光沢を有する膜が形成されてなる物品。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、炭素数が1又は2のアルコキシチオフェン及びアルキルチオフェンの少なくともいずれかが重合したものである請求項7記載の物品。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、層状の配向構造を有する請求項7記載の物品。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、アルコキシチオフェン、アミノチオフェン、ヒドロキシチオフェン、及び、アルキルチオフェンの少なくともいずれかが重合したものである請求項7記載の物品。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、過塩素酸イオン、ヘキサフルオロリン酸イオン、テトラフルオロホウ酸イオン、塩化物イオン、及び、アルキルチオフェンの少なくともいずれかがドーピングされたものである請求項7記載の物品。
- 前記膜は、化学重合法により重合されたものである請求項7記載の物品
- 酸化剤を用いてチオフェンを重量平均分子量の分布のピークが200以上30000以下の範囲内となるよう重合してチオフェン重合体を含む溶液とし、
前記チオフェン重合体を含む溶液を物品に塗布して乾燥させる、金属光沢を有する膜の製造方法。 - 前記チオフェン重合体は、炭素数が1又は2のアルコキシチオフェン及びアルキルチオフェンの少なくともいずれかが重合したものである請求項13記載の金属光沢を有する膜の製造方法。
- 前記チオフェン重合体は、層状の配向構造を有する請求項13記載の金属光沢を有する膜の製造方法。
- 前記チオフェン重合体を含む溶液を少なくとも一度乾燥させてチオフェン重合体を含む粉末を得たのち、再び溶媒を加えて前記チオフェン重合体を含む溶液を作製する請求項13記載の金属光沢を有する膜の製造方法。
