Abstract
太陽電池モジュール1は、太陽電池12と、配線材14と、封止材13とを備える。太陽電池1は、第1及び第2の主面12a,12bを有する。配線材14は、第1の主面12aにおいて、太陽電池12と電気的に接続されている。封止材13は、太陽電池12を封止している。封止材13は、第1の封止部13aと第2の封止部13bとを有する。第1の封止部13aは、非架橋性樹脂を含む。第1の封止部13aは、太陽電池12の第1の主面12a側に位置する。第2の封止部13bは、架橋性樹脂及び顔料を含む。第2の封止部13bは、太陽電池12の第2の主面12b側に位置する。
Description
図1に示されるように、太陽電池モジュール1は、複数の太陽電池12を備える。太陽電池12は、第1の主面12a及び第2の主面12bを有する。太陽電池12の種類は、特に限定されない。太陽電池12は、例えば、結晶シリコン太陽電池、多結晶シリコン太陽電池などであってもよい。太陽電池12は、第1の主面12aにおいて受光した際にのみ発電を行うものであってもよいし、第1の主面12aにおいて受光した際に加えて、第2の主面12bにおいて受光した際にも発電を行うものであってもよい。
実施例1では、第1の封止部13aの形成に透明の非架橋性樹脂を用い、第2の封止部13bの形成に白色の顔料を含む架橋性樹脂を用い、上記実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1と実質的に同様の構成を有する太陽電池モジュールを作製した。具体的には、第1の封止部13aの構成材料として、酢酸ビニルモノマー単位を有しないポリオレフィン樹脂を用いた。また、第2の封止部13bの構成材料として、二酸化チタンを含有したエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)を用いた。
比較例1では、第1の封止部13aの形成に透明の架橋性樹脂を用い、第2の封止部13bの形成に白色の架橋性樹脂を用いたこと以外は実施例1と実質的に同様の構成を有する太陽電池モジュールを作製した。具体的には、第1の封止部13aの構成材料として、白色の顔料を含まないエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)を用いた。また、第2の封止部13bの構成材料として、二酸化チタンを含有したエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)を用いた。
図2〜図4に示されるように、太陽電池モジュール1aは、複数の太陽電池ストリング2を備えている。複数の太陽電池ストリング2は、y軸方向に沿って相互に間隔をおいて配列されている。複数の太陽電池ストリング2は、配線材14a、14bによって相互に電気的に接続されている。複数の太陽電池ストリング2には、太陽電池モジュール1aの外部にまで引き出された引き出し配線17が電気的に接続されている。
図6〜図8に示されるように、太陽電池モジュール1bは、複数の太陽電池ストリング2を備えている。複数の太陽電池ストリング2は、y軸方向に沿って相互に間隔をおいて配列されている。複数の太陽電池ストリング2は、配線材14a、14bによって相互に電気的に接続されている。複数の太陽電池ストリング2には、太陽電池モジュール1bの外部にまで引き出された引き出し配線17が電気的に接続されている。

Claims (8)
- 第1及び第2の主面を有する太陽電池と、
前記第1の主面において、前記太陽電池と電気的に接続された配線材と、
前記太陽電池を封止している封止材と、
を備え、
前記封止材は、非架橋性樹脂を含み、前記太陽電池の前記第1の主面側に位置する第1の封止部と、架橋性樹脂及び顔料を含み、前記太陽電池の前記第2の主面側に位置する第2の封止部とを有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記非架橋性樹脂は、酢酸ビニルモノマー単位を有しない、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記架橋性樹脂は、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体である、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の前記第1の主面側に配された第1の保護部材と、
前記太陽電池の前記第2の主面側に配された第2の保護部材と、を備え、
前記第1の封止部は、前記太陽電池と前記第1の保護部材との間に配されており、
前記第2の封止部は、前記太陽電池と前記第2の保護部材との間に配されており、
前記顔料は、前記第2の封止部の光反射率を向上させ、
前記第2の封止部は、前記第1の封止部の表面及び側面を覆うように設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第2の封止部の端部は、前記第1の保護部材に接している、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の前記第1の主面側に配されており、ガラスからなる第1の保護部材と、
前記太陽電池の前記第2の主面側に配された第2の保護部材と、
を備え、
前記第1の封止部は、前記太陽電池と前記第1の保護部材との間に配されており、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方を含み、
前記第2の封止部は、前記太陽電池と前記第2の保護部材との間に配されており、
前記第1の封止部の端部は、前記第2の封止部の端部よりも外側にまで至っており、前記第1の封止部の端部と、前記第2の保護部材の端部とが接触している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の保護部材側の表層は、溶解パラメータが前記第1の封止部に含まれるポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方と、差が1以下である樹脂を含む、請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の保護部材側の表層がポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項6または7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
