Claims (10)
- 外形を角形とした複数の二次電池セルを積層した電池積層体と、
前記二次電池セルと電気的に接続された電子回路を実装した回路基板と、
前記電池積層体の上面に配設される、前記回路基板を保持するための基板収納領域を形成した基板ホルダと、
前記基板ホルダの上面に載置されると共に、前記回路基板が収納された状態で、前記基板収納領域の少なくとも上面を閉塞する導電性のシールド板と、
を備えることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、さらに、
前記電池積層体の両端面にそれぞれ配置される一対の金属製のエンドプレートと、
前記電池積層体の側面を被覆すると共に、前記エンドプレート同士を固定することで前記電池積層体を締結する金属製の締結部材と
を備えることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記シールド板が、前記電池積層体の上面のみを被覆してなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記シールド板をアルミニウム製としてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記回路基板は、熱伝導性を備える樹脂で被覆されており、
前記シールド板を、前記樹脂と熱的に結合した状態としてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記回路基板が低電圧回路であることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、さらに、
前記基板ホルダの下面を保持するホルダカバーと、
を備え、
前記ホルダカバーは、前記電池積層体の上面に水密状態に固定されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、さらに、
前記電池積層体の一面に熱結合状態に配置され、内部に冷媒を流すことで該電池積層体と熱交換を行うための冷却プレート
を備えており、
前記冷却プレートと前記電池セルの底面との間に熱伝導シートを介在させて、熱結合状態に連結してなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一に記載の電源装置を搭載してなる車両。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一に記載の電源装置を搭載した蓄電装置。
