Claims (11)
- 접촉기;
상기 접촉기에 전기적으로 연결되는 버스바;
상기 버스바의 적어도 일부와 함께 인서트 사출되는 방열 시트; 및
상기 방열 시트의 하부에 위치하는 냉각 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 버스바의 단부가 상기 접촉기에 전기적으로 연결되는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 버스바의 단부는 상기 방열 시트의 상면에 수직인 방향으로 구부러져 있되, 상기 접촉기를 향해 연장되어 있는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 냉각 플레이트는 냉각 유로를 포함하는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 냉각 유로는 상기 냉각 플레이트의 적어도 일측면에 형성되어 있는 유입구 및 배출구를 포함하는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제4항에서,
상기 유입구에 냉각수가 주입되는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제4항에서,
상기 유입구와 상기 배출구는 상기 냉각 플레이트의 동일한 측면에 형성되어 있는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 방열 시트와 상기 냉각 플레이트 사이에 위치하는 열 전달 패드를 더포함하는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제7항에서,
상기 열 전달 패드는 판상형 구조체이고, 실리콘 수지 및 열전도 물질을 포함하는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 버스바의 두께는 상기 방열 시트의 두께보다 얇은 베터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에서,
상기 방열 시트는 방열 플라스틱 물질로 이루어지는 배터리 차단 유닛. - 제1항에 따른 배터리 차단 유닛을 포함하는 전지 팩.
