Abstract
Description
図9において、液面検知判定部214では、記憶した出力信号レベルを比較し、ある閾値以上の変化であった場合に液面211と試薬プローブ205とが接触したことを判定する。この判定に基づき移動機構109、移動機構110がプローブ205の移動停止を行う。プローブ205が単独で動作する場合には、図4に示すように、出力信号電圧波形に大きな脈動は存在せず、プローブ205の試薬液面への接触判定を高精度に行うことができる。説明のためプローブ205のみが動作する例を挙げたが、プローブ205はz方向に動作せず、プローブ301のみがz方向に単独で動作する場合も同様となる。
なお、信号電圧に重畳される信号成分が数Hz程度の低周波数の差である場合、高周波減衰部208で除去することはできない。既存の高周波減衰部208は、数Hz程度の周波数成分を有効に減衰できないからである。この場合は、周波数f1とf2の周波数差成分を除去し、かつ、液面接触信号は除去しない周波減衰部を設ければ、上記と同様の効果を達成することができる。
Claims (6)
- 試料を分析する自動分析装置において、
試料又は試薬を分注する複数の分注プローブと、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれを上下移動させる複数の上下移動機構と、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに互いに特定の範囲の周波数の差を有する交流電圧を供給する複数の発振器と、
上記複数の発振器のそれぞれに設けられ、上記分注プローブの交流電圧に由来する前記特定の周波数成分を減衰させる周波減衰部と、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記周波減衰部からの出力信号に基づいて、上記分注プローブが液体試料又は液体試薬の液面に接触したか否かを、接触に由来する電圧変化によって判定し、上記分注プローブが上記液面に接触したと判定したときには、上記上下移動機構の移動動作を停止させる液面検知判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
上記複数の発振器の互いの発振周波数の差は、1kHz以上1000kHz未満であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 試料を分析する自動分析装置において、
試料又は試薬を分注する複数の分注プローブと、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれを上下移動させる複数の上下移動機構と、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに、共通の交流電圧を供給する一つの発振器と、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記分注プローブの交流電圧に基づいて、上記分注プローブが液体試料又は液体試薬の液面に接触したか否かを判定し、上記分注プローブが上記液面に接触したと判定したときには、上記上下移動機構の移動動作を停止させる液面検知判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項3に記載の自動分析装置において、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記分注プローブの交流電圧から高周波成分減衰させる高周波減衰部を備え、上記液面検知判定部は、上記高周波減衰部からの出力信号に基づいて、上記分注プローブが液体試料又は液体試薬の液面に接触したか否かを判定することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 試料を分析する自動分析装置において、
試料又は試薬を分注する複数の分注プローブと、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれを上下移動させる複数の上下移動機構と、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに、交流電圧を供給する複数の発振器と、
上記複数の発振器から出力される交流電圧の周波数を一定の周波数に調整するチューニング部と、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記分注プローブの交流電圧に基づいて、上記分注プローブが液体試料又は液体試薬の液面に接触したか否かを判定し、上記分注プローブが上記液面に接触したと判定したときには、上記上下移動機構の移動動作を停止させる液面検知判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項5に記載の自動分析装置において、
上記複数の分注プローブのそれぞれに設けられ、上記分注プローブの交流電圧から高周波成分減衰させる高周波減衰部を備え、上記液面検知判定部は、上記高周波減衰部からの出力信号に基づいて、上記分注プローブが液体試料又は液体試薬の液面に接触したか否かを判定することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
