なお、本実施の形態では、分散型電源120が、電圧制御を行う受電点210での電圧降下量と無効電力出力負担分(もしくは有効電力抑制負担分)を各々算出した。
さらに、本発明に係る電圧制御装置202の第3の実施の形態として、集中的に電圧制御処理を行う1台の電圧制御装置202を設けて、1台の電圧制御装置202に電圧制御を行う受電点210での電圧降下量と無効電力出力負担分(もしくは有効電力抑制負担分)を算出させることも可能である。
以上で、受電点電圧が可変上限値を逸脱した場合に、受電点電圧を降下させる電圧制御装置202について説明した。次に、第4の実施の形態として、受電点電圧を上昇させる電圧制御装置202について説明する。

Claims (21)
- 複数の分散型電源が連系された配電系統の電圧を制御するための制御量を算出する電圧制御装置であって、
前記複数の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値及び、当該複数の分散型電源の各受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を取得する第一情報取得部と、
前記複数の受電点に含まれる一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記複数の分散型電源のそれぞれが前記配電系統へ出力する有効電力又は無効電力の変化させるべき量に対応した制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知する制御量算出部と、を有し、
前記制御量算出部は、前記複数の分散型電源のうち、第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値と第2の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値とを比較し、前記第2の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値に対する前記第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値が大きいほど、前記第1の分散型電源に通知する前記制御量を大きく算出する

前記一の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値、及び、前記一の分散型電源の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を他の分散型電源に送信し、前記他の分散型電源が備える自端情報取得部が取得した、前記他の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値、及び、前記他の分散型電源の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を前記他の分散型電源から受信する通信部とを有する
請求項1に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記電圧制御装置はさらに、
前記分散型電源までの系統インピーダンスを取得する第二情報取得部を有し、
前記制御量算出部は、前記系統インピーダンスと、前記一の受電点までの系統インピーダンスのうち、値が小さい方をゲインとして、前記複数の分散型電源が前記配電系統に出力する有効電力又は無効電力の変化分に乗じて、前記制御量を算出する
請求項1又は2に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記第二情報取得部は、変圧器の送出電圧を取得し、
前記制御量算出部は、前記送出電圧に比例して前記制御量が大きくなるように、前記制御量を算出する
請求項3に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記電圧制御装置は、さらに、前記分散型電源までの系統インピーダンスを推定する系統インピーダンス推定部を有する
請求項3又は4に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記系統インピーダンス推定部は、
前記分散型電源が出力する有効電力又は無効電力の出力を変化させ、その変化に伴う電圧変動を用いて系統インピーダンスを算出する
請求項5に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記系統インピーダンス推定部は、
電力線に高調波を注入し、前記注入したときの高調波電圧と注入した高調波電流の商を用いて系統インピーダンスを算出する
請求項5に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記系統インピーダンス推定部は、
前記系統インピーダンスの算出を複数の分散型電源で同時に行わないように、前記複数の分散型電源の各々で異なる時間帯に前記系統インピーダンスを算出する
請求項5〜7に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記電圧制御装置は、さらに、前記複数の分散型電源が各々連系している複数の受電点のうちから、前記複数の分散型電源が電圧を適正範囲内に制御する前記一の受電点を特定する受電点特定部を有する
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記受電点特定部は、
前記事前に定められた適正範囲からの前記受電点における電圧値の逸脱量が最も大きい受電点を、前記複数の分散型電源が電圧を適正範囲内に制御する前記一の受電点として特定する
請求項9に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記受電点特定部は、
前記事前に定められた適正範囲から前記受電点における電圧値が最初に逸脱した受電点を、前記複数の分散型電源が電圧を適正範囲内に制御する前記一の受電点として特定する
請求項9に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記受電点特定部は、
前記事前に定められた適正範囲から前記受電点における電圧値が逸脱した受電点の多いエリアを特定し、
前記エリアに含まれる任意の1受電点を、前記複数の分散型電源が電圧を適正範囲内に制御する前記一の受電点として特定する
請求項9に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記制御量算出部は、前記複数の受電点のうち、少なくとも1つの受電点の電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲から逸脱することをきっかけとして、当該一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知を開始する
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 前記制御量算出部は、
前記一の受電点における電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲の上限値以下となるように前記一の受電点における電圧値を制御するための制御量を算出する場合であって、
前記電圧値を制御した結果生じた電圧降下により、前記一の受電点における電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲の下限値を下回った場合に、
前記一の受電点における電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲の下限値に近似するように、有効電力又は無効電力の制御量を小さく算出する
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電圧制御装置。 - 複数の分散型電源が連系された配電系統の電圧を制御するための制御量を算出する電圧制御方法であって、
前記複数の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値及び、当該複数の分散型電源の各受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を取得する第一情報取得ステップと、
前記複数の受電点に含まれる一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記複数の分散型電源のそれぞれが前記配電系統へ出力する有効電力又は無効電力の変化させるべき量に対応した制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知する制御量算出ステップと、
を含み、
前記制御量算出ステップにおいては、前記複数の分散型電源のうち、第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値と第2の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値とを比較し、前記第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値が大きいほど、前記第1の分散型電源に通知する前記制御量を大きく算出する
電圧制御方法。 - 前記制御量算出ステップにおいては、前記複数の受電点のうち、少なくとも1つの受電点の電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲から逸脱することをきっかけとして、当該一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知を開始する
請求項15に記載の電圧制御方法。 - 前記制御量算出ステップにおいては、
前記一の受電点における電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲の上限値以下となるように前記一の受電点における電圧値を制御するための制御量を算出する場合であって、
前記電圧値を制御した結果生じた電圧降下により、前記一の受電点における電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲の下限値を下回った場合に、
前記一の受電点における電圧値が前記事前に定められた適正範囲の下限値に近似するように、有効電力又は無効電力の制御量を小さく算出する
請求項15に記載の電圧制御方法。 - 複数の分散型電源が連系された配電系統の電圧を制御するための制御量を算出する電圧制御方法のプログラムであって、
前記複数の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値及び、当該複数の分散型電源の各受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を取得する第一情報取得ステップと、
前記複数の受電点に含まれる一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記複数の分散型電源のそれぞれが前記配電系統へ出力する有効電力又は無効電力の変化させるべき量に対応した制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知する制御量算出ステップとをコンピュータに実行させ、
前記制御量算出ステップにおいては、前記複数の分散型電源のうち、第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値と第2の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値とを比較し、前記第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値が大きいほど、前記第1の分散型電源に通知する前記制御量を大きく算出する
プログラム。 - 複数の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値及び、当該複数の分散型電源の各受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を取得する第一情報取得ステップと、
前記複数の受電点に含まれる一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記複数の分散型電源のそれぞれが前記配電系統へ出力する有効電力又は無効電力の変化させるべき量に対応した制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知する制御量算出ステップとをコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムが記録され、
前記制御量算出ステップにおいては、前記複数の分散型電源のうち、第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値と第2の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値とを比較し、前記第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値が大きいほど、前記第1の分散型電源に通知する前記制御量を大きく算出する
コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。 - 複数の分散型電源が連系された配電系統の電圧を制御するための制御量を算出する集積回路であって、
前記複数の分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値及び、当該複数の分散型電源の各受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を取得する第一情報取得部と、
前記複数の受電点に含まれる一の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値が事前に定められた適正範囲に納まるように、前記複数の分散型電源のそれぞれが前記配電系統へ出力する有効電力又は無効電力の変化させるべき量に対応した制御量を算出し、前記複数の分散型電源に通知する制御量算出部とを有し、
前記制御量算出部は、前記複数の分散型電源のうち、第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値と第2の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値とを比較し、前記第1の分散型電源の出力する有効電力出力値が大きいほど、前記第1の分散型電源に通知する前記制御量を大きく算出する
集積回路。 - 配電系統に連系された分散型電源であって、
前記分散型電源が出力する有効電力出力値及び、前記分散型電源の受電点における電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を取得する自端情報取得部と、
前記自端情報取得部で取得した、前記有効電力出力値及び、前記電圧逸脱量又は電圧値を請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電圧制御装置へ送信し、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電圧制御装置から、前記制御量を受信する通信部とを備え、
前記制御量に従って、出力する有効電力の出力値又は無効電力の出力値を変化させる
