例えば、前述の実施例は、パンコーティング装置に本発明のスプレーガンを適用した例を示したが、当該スプレーガンは、流動層装置等の他の粉粒体処理装置にも適用可能である。また、粉粒体処理装置以外にも、スプレーガンから、移動する処理対象物に対してスプレーを行う場合、例えば、自動車や家具等に塗装を行うラインにも当該スプレーガンは好適に使用可能である。特に、スプレーガンが固定されている場合、広範囲に均一なスプレーが可能な本発明のガンは有効である。
Claims (12)
- スプレー液が吐出される液吐出口を備えたノズル部を有するノズル体と、
前記ノズル部が配置されるノズル挿入孔と、前記液吐出口の前方に配置され、微粒子化された前記スプレー液のミスト流に対しパターンエアを噴射するパターンエア孔とを備える空気キャップと、を有し、
前記液吐出口から吐出されるスプレー液を、前記ノズル部の周囲から前記液吐出口の前方に向かって噴射されるアトマイズエアによって微粒子化して被処理物に噴霧するスプレーガンであって、
前記アトマイズエアを、前記ノズル挿入孔の前記ノズル部周囲から前記液吐出口の中心線方向に向かって噴射することにより、前記ミスト流の拡散を抑制し、
前記ミスト流が所定断面積以上に拡散しない拡散抑制領域にて、前記パターンエアを前記ミスト流に対して噴射することを特徴とするスプレーガン。 - 請求項1記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記拡散抑制領域では、前記スプレーミスト流の断面が略円形であり、当該スプレーガンは、前記パターンエアによって、長円形状のスプレーパターンを形成することを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項2記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記ノズル部が、先端側に向かって縮径し、水平方向に対して角度θ1にて傾斜するテーパ状に形成されると共に、前記空気キャップの前記ノズル挿入孔内壁が、先端に向かって縮径し、水平方向に対して前記角度θ1よりも大きい角度θ2(θ2>θ1)にて傾斜するテーパ状に形成されてなることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項3記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記角度θ1が5〜15°に設定され、かつ、前記角度θ2が20〜40°に設定されてなることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項4記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記ノズル体における前記液吐出口の外周部の肉厚tが0.2〜0.4mmであることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項5記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記角度θ1が8〜12°、前記角度θ2が25〜35°であることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記スプレーガンは、移動する被処理物に対して前記スプレー液を噴霧することを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記スプレーガンは、筐体内に配置され、前記筐体内に収容された被処理物に対して前記スプレー液を噴霧することを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項8記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記スプレーガンは、通気構造を有する筐体内に配置されることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項9記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記スプレーガンは、通気構造を有する筐体内に収容された粉粒体に対しコーティング処理を行うパンコーティング装置に使用されることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項10記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記パンコーティング装置は、装置の正面側からコーティング処理用の気体を装置内に導入する前面給気タイプのパンコーティング装置であることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 請求項10記載のスプレーガンにおいて、前記パンコーティング装置は、胴部が通気可能に形成されたパンチングドラムを有することを特徴とするスプレーガン。
