Abstract
Description
金属端子21を挟持する領域上の金属箔層12)間にインパルス電圧を印加するとともに、印加した電圧波形を絶縁不良検査装置30で測定して、金属端子挟持部分10bにおける第1の絶縁不良検査を行なう。次に、図1Dに示すように、外装体10内部に電解質を充填し金属端子挟持部10b以外の各辺を全てヒートシールして外装体10内部にリチウムイオン電池本体20を密封封止してリチウムイオン電池1が完成する。そして最後に、絶縁不良検査装置30により金属端子21(負極)と金属箔層12間にインパルス電圧を印加するとともに、印加した電圧波形を絶縁不良検査装置30で測定して、第2の絶縁不良検査を行なう。

Claims (10)
- 金属箔層と、熱接着性樹脂層とを、少なくとも順次積層して構成される外装体内部に、
正極活物質及び正極集電体から成る正極と、負極活物質及び負極集電体から成る負極と、前記正極及び前記負極間に充填される電解質とを含む電気化学セル本体とを、
前記正極および前記負極の各々に連結される金属端子の先端が外部に突出するように密封収納して構成される電気化学セルの製造方法であって、
前記金属端子と前記金属箔層との間にインパルス電圧を印加し、
前記金属端子と前記金属箔層間の静電容量に印加された電圧の波形を測定する絶縁不良検査工程を含むことを特徴とする電気化学セルの製造方法。 - 前記絶縁不良検査工程が、前記金属端子を外装体で挟持して、前記挟持部分をヒートシールした後であって、前記電解質を前記外装体内部に充填する前におこなわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁不良検査工程が、前記電解質を前記外装体内部に充填した後におこなわれることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁不良検査工程は、
電圧印加停止直後の、前記金属端子と前記金属箔層間の静電容量が保持する保持電圧と、電圧印加停止から所定時間経過後の、前記金属端子と前記金属箔層間の静電容量が保持する保持電圧と、を測定しておこなうことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。 - 前記金属端子と前記金属箔層間に印加する電圧が10V以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。
- 前記外装体の周縁部をヒートシールして前記熱接着性樹脂層を接着するヒートシール工程において、ヒートシール領域より外周側にヒートシールされない余白領域を残し、
前記絶縁不良検査工程において、前記余白領域の金属箔層と前記金属端子間にインパルス電圧を印加することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。 - 被測定物にインパルス電圧を印加する電圧発生手段と、前記被測定物が保持する電圧の経時的変化を測定する電圧測定手段と、を有することを特徴とする絶縁性不良検査装置。
- 前記電圧発生手段の印加電圧が10V以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の絶縁性不良検査装置。
- 前記絶縁性不良検査装置と被測定物とを接続する接続端子は被測定物を挟持するための挟持部を有し、
前記挟持部は前記被測定物表面に形成された基材層を貫通して噛み込む鋭形部を有することを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の絶縁性不良検査装置。 - 請求項8又は請求項9に記載の絶縁性不良検査装置を用いて、
金属箔層と、熱接着性樹脂層とを、少なくとも順次積層して構成される外装体内部に、
正極活物質及び正極集電体から成る正極と、負極活物質及び負極集電体から成る負極と、前記正極及び前記負極間に充填される電解質とを含む電気化学セル本体とを、
前記正極および前記負極の各々に連結される金属端子の先端が外部に突出するように密封収納して構成される電気化学セルの前記金属端子と前記金属箔層との間にインパルス電圧を印加し、電圧印加停止直後の、前記金属端子と前記金属箔層間の静電容量が保持する保持電圧と、電圧印加停止から所定時間経過後の、前記金属端子と前記金属箔層間の静電容量が保持する保持電圧と、を測定しておこなうことを特徴とする絶縁不良検査方法。
