本発明においては、上記反応式(I)及び(II)の硝化反応全体を、微生物間情報伝達物質の存在下で硝化細菌に上記硝化反応を行なわせることにより、促進することができる。
Claims (3)
- アンモニア態窒素から亜硝酸態窒素を経て硝酸態窒素へと変換する硝化反応全体を、微生物間情報伝達物質の存在下で硝化細菌に前記硝化反応を行なわせることによって、促進させる、アンモニア態窒素含有排水処理方法。
- 前記微生物間情報伝達物質がC4−ホモセリンラクトン、C8−ホモセリンラクトン、C10−ホモセリンラクトン、C12−ホモセリンラクトン、C14−ホモセリンラクトン、3−オキソ−C6−ホモセリンラクトン及び3−オキソ−C12−ホモセリンラクトンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種以上の化合物である、請求項1に記載のアンモニア態窒素含有排水処理方法。
- 前記微生物間情報伝達物質は、化学合成により得られた物質或いは微生物により生産された物質である、請求項1又は2に記載のアンモニア態窒素含有排水処理方法。
