Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体、及びその 遮断化合物及びブチリルL-ホモ-セリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれ かから選択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物を含む組成を投与するステップを含 む、バイオフィルムの発達を調節する方法。 2. バイオフィルムの発達を、N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン 又はその類似体を成長中の細菌培養株に加えることにより向上させ及び刺激する 、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. バイオフィルムの発達を、N-(3オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン 遮断化合物を成長中の細菌培養株に加えることにより防止する、請求項1に記載 の方法。 4. 前記バイオフィルムが、一体化した細菌の群集(>105)集合体細菌により 生ずる、請求項1に記載の方法。 5. バイオフィルム中の細菌細胞の解離及び分散を、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラク トンにより向上させる又は刺激する、請求項1に記載の方法。 6. バイオフィルム中の細菌細胞の解離及び分散を、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラク トンの添加、又は、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトンの類似体の添加により向上さ せる又は刺激することができる、請求項1に記載の方法。 7. ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択さ れるホモセリンラクトン化合物を投与するステップを含む、バイオフィルムの基 質ポリマの発達を防止する方法。 8. 前記バイオフィルムの基質ポリマが、ポリペプチド又はポリサッカリドから 選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。 9. ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択さ れるホモセリンラクトン化合物を投与するステップを含む、バイオフィルムを分 散させる方法。 10.N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体を含む組成 を有効量投与するステップを含む、バイオフィルム分散を防止する方法。 11.前記バイオフィルムが細菌の生成物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.前記バイオフィルムが混合バイオフィルムである、請求項1に記載の方法。 13.前記混合バイオフィルムが、細菌、真菌及びプロトゾアのうちの二つ又はそ れ以上の生成物である、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.前記組成がさらに界面活性剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 15.前記界面活性剤が、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム、四級アンモニウム化合物、よ う化ピリジニウムアルキル、トウィーン80、トウィーン85、トリトンX-100、ブ リジ56、生物界面活性剤、ラムノリピド、サーファクチン、及びビスコンシン並 びにスルホネートのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記方法がさらに、0.2%又はそれより高いSDSによるバイオフィルムの分散 を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 17.前記バイオフィルムが、ポリウロン酸、ポリサッカリド、ポリペプチド、ア ルギン酸塩及びこれらの混合物のうちの一員を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 18.前記組成がさらに3-オキソ-N-(テトラヒドロ-2-オキソ-3-フラニル)ヘキサ ンアミドを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 19.N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体、遮断化合 物及びブチリルL-ホモ-セリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選 択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物と、担体とを含む、バイオフィルムの発達を 調節するための組成。 20.前記バイオフィルムが細菌の生成物である、請求項19に記載の組成。 21.前記バイオフィルムが混合バイオフィルムである、請求項20に記載の組成。 22.前記混合バイオフィルムが、細菌、真菌及びプロトゾアのうちの二つ又はそ れ以上の生成物である、請求項21に記載の組成。 23.前記組成がさらに界面活性剤を含む、請求項19に記載の組成。 24.前記界面活性剤が、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム、四級アンモニウム化合物、よ う化ピリジニウムアルキル、トウィーン80、トウィーン85、トリトンX100、ブリ ジ56、生物界面活性剤、ラムノリピド、サーファクチン、及びビスコンシン並び にスルホネートのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項23に記載の組成。 25.前記組成がさらに、0.2%又はそれより高いSDSによるバイオフィルムの分散 を含む、請求項19に記載の組成。 26.前記バイオフィルムが、ポリウロン酸、ポリサッカリド、ポリペプチド、ア ルギン酸塩及びこれらの混合物のうちの一員を含む、請求項19に記載の組成。 27.N(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体及び遮断化 合物、並びにブチリルL-ホモ-セリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれか から選択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物を含む組成を投与するステップを含む 、表面を洗浄する方法。 28.バイオフィルムの発達を、N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン 又はその類似体を成長中の細菌培養株に加えることにより向上させる及び刺激す る、請求項27に記載の方法。 29.バイオフィルムの発達を、N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン 遮断化合物を成長中の細菌培養株に加えることにより防止する、請求項27に記載 の方法。 30.前記バイオフィルムが、一体化した細菌の群集(>105)集合体細菌により 生ずる、請求項27に記載の方法。 31.バイオフィルム中の細菌細胞の解離及び分散を、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラク トンにより向上させる又は刺激する、請求項27に記載の方法。 32.バイオフィルム中の細菌細胞の解離及び分散を、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラク トンの添加、又は、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトンの類似体の添加により向上さ せる又は刺激することができる、請求項27に記載の方法。 33.洗浄しようとする表面が、硬質の表面、網目状表面、又は非網目状表面であ る、請求項27に記載の方法。 34.前記洗浄しようとする表面が、トイレの便器、浴槽、排水管、椅子、調理台 、食品表面、空気用ダクト、空調機、カーペット、紙又は布である、請求項27に 記載の方法。 35.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択さ れるホモセリンラクトン化合物を含む、火傷患者用の局所用包帯。 36.OdDHLを含む分子群の遮断剤、ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン、又はその類 似体のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物を含む歯磨き剤 。 37.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体あるいはN-(3-オキソド-デカ ノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモ セリンラクトン化合物を含むうがい剤。 38.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体、あるいはOdDHL遮断化合物 のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物を有効量含む組成を 投与するステップを含む、う食症を治療及び防止する方法。 39.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体、あるいはOdDHL遮断化合物 のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物を有効量含む組成を 投与するステップを含む、アクネを治療する方法。 40.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択さ れるホモセリンラクトン化合物を有効量含む組成を投与するステップを含む、コ ンタクトレンズを洗浄及び殺菌する方法。 41.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体、あるいはN-(3-オキソド-デ カノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物のうちのいずれかから選択されるホ モセリンラクトン化合物を有効量含む組成を投与するステップを含む、医療用留 置器具を処置する方法。 42.前記器具がカテーテル、成形外科用器具及びインプラントのうちのいずれか から選択される、請求項44に記載の方法。 43.前記組成が局所用クリーム、経皮用、軟膏又は油を含む、請求項35に記載の 組成。 44.ブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択さ れるホモセリンラクトン化合物を有効量含む微生物殺菌用組成。 45.前記微生物が真菌、プロトゾア、及びグラム陰性細菌のうちのいずれかから 選択される、請求項44に記載の殺菌剤。 46.前記グラム陰性細菌が、Pseudomonadaceae、Azotobacteraceae、Rhizobiace ae、Methylococcaceae、Halobacteriaceae、Acetobacteraceae、Legionellaceae 、Neisseriaceae及びその他の属のうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項45に 記載の殺菌剤。 47.殺生剤又は抗生物質をさらに含む、請求項44に記載の殺菌剤。 48.前記殺菌剤が、排水管、シャワー・カーテン、グラウト、トイレ、床材に適 用される、請求項44に記載の殺菌剤。 49 前記殺菌剤が、スプレー、粉末、及び液体製剤のうちのいずれかから選択さ れる製剤中に含まれる、請求項44に記載の殺菌剤。 50.前記細菌がPscudomonas綱のものである、請求項49に記載の殺菌剤。 51.前記細菌がPseudomonas aeruginosaの種のものである、請求項50に記載の殺 菌剤。 52.ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物を投与するステップを含む、ホモセリンラク トンの、それらの対応するLasI及びLasRのDNA結合たんぱく産物との結合相互作 用を遮断する方法であって、前記の相互作用の遮断によりバイオフィルム形成が 防がれる、方法。 53.N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物及びブチリルL- ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモセリン ラクトン化合物を含む組成を投与するステップを含む、汚損を防ぐ方法。 54.前記汚損が、油回収のための圧入井、冷却塔、浄水システム、多孔質の媒質 (土壌、砂)、海洋環境及び病院又は自動車の空調システムのうちのいずれかか ら選択されるシステムにおけるものである、請求項53に記載の方法。 55.N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物及びブチリルL- ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモセリン ラクトン化合物を環境上の細菌集中状態に投与するステップを含む、細菌の環境 上の集中状態を分散させる方法。 56.−ポリマに共重合させたN-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮 断化合物及びブチリルL-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかか ら選択されるホモセリンラクトン化合物を含む殺菌コーティング。 57.前記殺菌剤が排水管、シャワーカーテン、グラウト、トイレ、床材に適用さ れる、請求項56に記載の殺菌コーティング。 58.N-(3-オキソド-デカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体を発酵系 に加えるステップを含む、発酵液中のバイオフィルム形成を促進する方法。 59.N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物及びブチリル L-ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体を含む有利なグラム陽性細菌を枯渇させず にグラム陰性細菌を減少させる特効治療。 60.前記治療が、尿道大腸菌感染症及び膣カンジダ感染症のうちのいずれかから 選択される状態の治療のためのものである、請求項59に記載の方法。 61.N-(3-オキソドデカノイル)L-ホモセリンラクトン遮断化合物及びブチリルL- ホモセリンラクトン又はその類似体のうちのいずれかから選択されるホモセリン ラクトン化合物を投与するステップを含む、中耳感染症(小児)、骨髄炎及び前 立腺炎のうちのいずれかから選択される状態を治療する方法であって、前記ホモ セリンラクトン化合物が、細菌を分散させることにより抗生物質に対するそれら の感受性をより高くする、方法。
