本発明においては、上記反応式(I)及び(II)の脱窒反応全体を、微生物間情報伝達物質の存在下で脱窒細菌を培養することにより、促進することができる。
Claims (4)
- 生物窒素除去反応により窒素化合物を含有する排水を処理する排水処理装置であって、
前記排水処理装置は、脱窒細菌により、硝酸態窒素から亜硝酸態窒素を経て窒素ガスへと変換する脱窒反応全体を行う脱窒槽を備え、
前記脱窒槽には、前記脱窒細菌と脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質とが含まれ、
前記脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質は、C8−ホモセリンラクトン、C10−ホモセリンラクトン、C14−ホモセリンラクトン及び3−オキソ−C6−ホモセリンラクトンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種以上の化合物である、排水処理装置。 - 前記脱窒槽に含まれる前記脱窒細菌及び前記脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質は、前記脱窒細菌を含む活性汚泥に前記脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質を添加してから前記脱窒槽に添加したものである、請求項1に記載の排水処理装置。
- 脱窒槽を備える排水処理装置において、生物窒素除去反応により窒素化合物を含有する排水を処理する排水処理方法であって、
前記脱窒槽において、脱窒細菌により硝酸態窒素から亜硝酸態窒素を経て窒素ガスへと変換する脱窒反応全体を行う工程を含み、
前記脱窒反応全体は、脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質の存在下で行われ、
前記脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質は、C8−ホモセリンラクトン、C10−ホモセリンラクトン、C14−ホモセリンラクトン及び3−オキソ−C6−ホモセリンラクトンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種以上の化合物である、排水処理方法。 - 前記脱窒細菌を含む活性汚泥に、前記脱窒反応速度を速くする微生物間情報伝達物質を添加してから、前記脱窒槽に添加する工程をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の排水処理方法。
