例えば、前述の実施例は、粉粒体にコーティング処理を施すための流動層装置を示したが、粉粒体を造粒する装置あるいは乾燥する装置にも本発明は適用可能である。また、目皿板取出機構71に、ハンドル81から手を放したとき、自動的にレバーカム73がセット位置に戻る機構を設けても良い。このようなリターン機構がない場合、ハンドル81を回して上,下目皿31,32を押し上げたとき、上,下目皿31,32がレバーカム73によって浮き上がった状態でバランスし、操作ロッド72が停止する可能性がある。このとき、例えば、作業員が上,下目皿31,32を上から押さえ付けるなど、目皿に何らかの外力が働くと、上,下目皿31,32がレバーカム73にめり込み、目皿が変形する可能性がある。そこで、ハンドル81から手を放したとき、自動的にレバーカム73がセット位置に戻るように、例えば、ハンドル81の先端に錘を付けたり、操作ロッド72にリターンスプリングを取り付けたりなどしても良い。
Claims (5)
- 筒状に形成された処理容器と、前記処理容器に取り付けられ該処理容器の内外を連通する通気性を備えた目皿板とを有する流動層装置であって、
前記目皿板は、環状のフランジ部材と該フランジ部材の中央空隙部に臨んで配置される網状部材とからなる第1目皿と、通気孔を有する円板状の第2目皿と、環状のリング部と該リング部の外周に立設された側壁部とを備え、前記側壁部内側に前記第1及び第2目皿が収容可能な目皿収容部が形成された支持フランジとを備え、
前記処理容器は、前記側壁部上端に密接するシール部材を介して、前記目皿板と接続されることを特徴とする流動層装置。 - 請求項1記載の流動層装置において、前記第1及び第2目皿は前記目皿収容部内に嵌装され、前記側壁部は、前記第1及び第2目皿の外周部を被覆しつつ前記第1及び第2目皿の外周部全周と対向することを特徴とする流動層装置。
- 請求項1記載の流動層装置において、前記シール部材は、前記目皿収容部内に収容された前記目皿板の前記第1目皿上面と密接することを特徴とする流動層装置。
- 請求項1記載の流動層装置において、前記支持フランジは、前記目皿収容部内に配された前記第1及び第2目皿を上方に押し上げる目皿板取出機構を有することを特徴とする流動層装置。
- 請求項4記載の流動層装置において、前記目皿板取出機構は、
前記側壁部に取り付けられ、装置外部から回転操作が可能な軸部材と、
前記軸部材に取り付けられ、前記第1又は第2目皿に当接するカム部材と、を有し、
前記カム部材は、前記軸部材の回転に伴って回動し、前記第1及び第2目皿を上方に押し上げることを特徴とする流動層装置。
