Abstract
Description
先ず、本発明の実施の形態1に係る水素生成装置を備えた燃料電池システムの概略構成を説明する。図1は本実施の形態に係る燃料電池システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。
次に本発明の実施の形態2に係る水素発生装置(水素生成装置)を、図8を用いて説明する。図8に示すように、本発明の実施の形態2の水素発生装置は、触媒や水蒸発部やバーナなどを含む反応容器としての金属構造体(水素生成装置本体)200と、金属構造体200を覆う断熱材101と、金属構造体200と断熱材101とを固定して水素発生装置とするフレーム(支持体)102とで構成されている。本実施形態の水素発生装置は、実施の形態1の水素生成装置76に相当する。また、金属構造体200は、実施の形態1の水素生成装置本体78に相当する。

先ず、本発明の実施の形態1に係る水素生成装置を備えた燃料電池システムの概略構成を説明する。図1は本実施の形態に係る燃料電池システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。
次に本発明の実施の形態2に係る水素発生装置(水素生成装置)を、図8を用いて説明する。図8に示すように、本発明の実施の形態2の水素発生装置は、触媒や水蒸発部やバーナなどを含む反応容器としての金属構造体(水素生成装置本体)200と、金属構造体200を覆う断熱材101と、金属構造体200と断熱材101とを固定して水素発生装置とするフレーム(支持体)102とで構成されている。本実施形態の水素発生装置は、実施の形態1の水素生成装置76に相当する。また、金属構造体200は、実施の形態1の水素生成装置本体78に相当する。

Claims (11)
- 水素を生成可能な所定の媒体を燃焼する燃焼部を内部に有する本体と、
前記本体に接続され、前記所定の媒体を前記本体の内部に流入し、または前記本体の内部から外部へ流出させるための複数の配管と、を備え、
前記燃焼部の運転により前記本体に温度勾配が生ずることにより、温度の高い高温領域と温度の低い低温領域が前記本体に生じ、
前記複数の配管の総てが前記低温領域に配置されており、
前記低温領域において前記本体の外側から当該本体を支持する支持体をさらに備える、水素生成装置。 - 請求項1記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記本体の前記低温領域には、前記複数の配管の少なくとも一部が接続されるための配管口を有する配管口形成体が設けられ、
前記支持体が前記配管口形成体に接続され、前記本体を支持する、水素生成装置。 - 請求項2記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記複数の配管の総てが前記配管口形成体に接続されている、水素生成装置。 - 請求項1記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記本体はその内部に、
前記所定の媒体としての原料ガスと水蒸気とを改質反応させ、水素を含む改質ガスを生成する改質部と、
CO変成反応によって前記改質ガス中の一酸化炭素を低減する変成部と、
前記変成部により一酸化炭素が低減した改質ガスについて、酸素とCO酸化反応させ、一酸化炭素をさらに低減する酸化部と、を備え、
前記複数の配管および前記支持体は、前記変成部および前記酸化部よりも前記低温領域における低温側に存在する、水素生成装置。 - 請求項4記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記改質部と前記変成部と前記酸化部とが、前記温度勾配の方向に沿って重ならないように配置される、水素生成装置。 - 請求項1記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記本体と前記支持体の間には断熱材が配置され、前記断熱材と、前記本体の前記高温領域側における前記断熱材と向かい合う面との間には、空間が設けられている、水素生成装置。 - 請求項6記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記空間は、前記燃焼部の運転時における前記本体の熱膨張による伸びよりも長い距離を有している、水素生成装置。 - 請求項2または3記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記配管口形成体が、前記配管口を間に挟んだ少なくとも2箇所において前記支持体に固定されている、水素生成装置。 - 請求項2または3記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記配管口形成体は、前記本体の軸方向からみて前記本体の一方の端部に設けられている、水素生成装置。 - 請求項2または3記載の水素生成装置であって、
前記本体と前記配管口形成体の間には断熱部材が配置されている、水素生成装置。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の水素生成装置と、前記水素生成装置より供給される水素含有ガスを用いて発電を行う燃料電池とを含む、燃料電池システム。
