Abstract
Description
図15に示すように、2枚のプラスチックフィルム205a、205bの両側にそれぞれ、加熱されたシール金型206を配置し(図15の(a)参照)、シール金型206を2枚のプラスチックフィルム205a、205bに押付けることによって、2枚のプラスチックシート205a、205bを同時に溶融させ(図15の(b)参照)、それらを互いに溶着させる(図15の(c)参照)。
図1は、第1の実施形態の薬剤バッグを示す正面図、図2は図1の線II−IIに沿って見た断面図、図3は、図1の線III−IIIに沿って見た断面図である。
また、薬剤バッグ1は、排出孔18を塞ぐために管状部材16aとキャップ部材16bとに挟まれて取付けられたゴム製のプラグ20を有している。キャップ部材16bの開口16cによってプラグ20が露出し、プラグ20は、薬剤バッグ1内の薬剤を投与する際、薬剤セットの穿刺針を刺し通すことが可能である。ポート部材16は、強シール部と同程度のシール強度で、2枚のプラスチックフィルム8a、8bに溶着されている。

Claims (16)
- 薬剤バッグの製造の際、薬剤を収容する室を形成するように互いにシールされるオモテ側とウラ側の2枚の薬剤バッグ本体用のプラスチックフィルムのオモテ側のプラスチックフィルムに被溶着物を溶着させる溶着方法であって、
前記被溶着物又は前記プラスチックフィルムのオモテ側の面に、又は、前記被溶着物と前記プラスチックフィルムとの間に、赤外線レーザーを吸収して発熱する発熱要素を配置する工程と、
赤外線レーザーを透過可能な押付け部材をオモテ側から前記プラスチックフィルム及び前記被溶着物に押付ける工程と、
前記押付ける工程と共に、赤外線レーザーを、前記押付け部材を通して前記発熱要素に照射する工程と、を有することを特徴とする溶着方法。 - 前記被溶着物は、前記室と外部とを通じさせるために前記薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムの間に挟まれて溶着されるプラスチック製のポート部材である、請求項1に記載の溶着方法。
- 前記薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムは、薬剤を収容する複数の室を形成するようにシールされ、前記複数の室は、前記薬剤バッグの周囲をシールする強シール部と、各室の間を仕切る弱シール部とによって構成され、
前記被溶着物は、前記弱シール部を引っ張りによって開通させるために溶着された取っ手用プラスチックフィルムである、請求項1に記載の溶着方法。 - 前記薬剤バッグは、前記室の1つと前記薬剤バッグの外部とを連通させるためのポート部材を有し、前記弱シール部は、前記ポート部材に近い側の第1の弱シール部と、前記ポート部材から遠い側の第2の弱シール部を有し、
前記発熱要素を配置する工程において、前記発熱要素を前記第1の弱シール部及び前記第2の弱シール部から等距離のところに配置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の溶着方法。 - 前記薬剤バッグは、前記室の1つと前記薬剤バッグの外部とを連通させるためのポート部材を有し、前記弱シール部は、前記ポート部材に近い側の第1の弱シール部と、前記ポート部材から遠い側の第2の弱シール部を有し、
前記発熱要素を配置する工程において、前記発熱要素を前記第1の弱シール部よりも前記第2の弱シール部の近くに配置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の溶着方法。 - 前記薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムは、赤外線レーザーを透過可能であり、
前記弱シール部を引っ張りによって開通させるために、前記ウラ側の薬剤バッグ本体用のプラスチックフィルムに溶着された取っ手用プラスチックフィルムを更に有し、
前記発熱要素を配置する工程において、前記オモテ側の取っ手用プラスチックフィルムに隣接して配置される第1の発熱要素と、前記ウラ側の取っ手用プラスチックフィルムに隣接して配置される第2の発熱要素とを、それらが重ならないように配置し、
前記赤外線レーザーを照射する工程において、赤外線レーザーをオモテ側から前記押付け部材を通して前記第1の発熱要素に照射し、更に前記2枚のプラスチックフィルムを通して前記第2の発熱要素に照射することを特徴とする、請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載の溶着方法。 - 前記第1の発熱要素と前記第2の発熱要素とを線状に交互に配置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の溶着方法。
- 前記赤外線レーザーの波長帯として、700nm〜1200nmの波長帯の赤外線レーザーを用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7に記載の溶着方法。
- 前記発熱要素は、前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルム又は前記被溶着物に塗布されたインキであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。

- 前記発熱要素は、赤外線レーザーを吸収するインキが塗布され且つ前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルム又は前記被溶着物に貼り付け可能なプラスチックラベルである、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 薬剤バッグの製造の際、溶着すべきプラスチックフィルムを被溶着物に溶着させる溶着方法であって、
前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルムの面のうちの前記被溶着物と反対側に位置する方の面に、又は、前記被溶着物と前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルムとの間に、赤外線レーザーを吸収して発熱する発熱要素を配置する工程と、
赤外線レーザーを透過可能な押付け部材を前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルムの側から前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルム及び前記被溶着物に押付ける工程と、
前記押付ける工程と共に、赤外線レーザーを、前記押付け部材を通して前記発熱要素に照射する工程と、を有することを特徴とする溶着方法。 - 前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルムは、薬剤を収容する室を形成するようにシールされる薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムであり、
前記被溶着物は、前記室と外部とを通じさせるために前記薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムの間に挟まれて溶着されるプラスチック製のポート部材である、請求項1に記載の溶着方法。 - 前記薬剤バッグは、薬剤を収容する複数の室を形成するようにシールされる薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムを有し、前記複数の室は、前記薬剤バッグの周囲をシールする強シール部と、各室の間を仕切る弱シール部とによって構成され、
前記溶着すべきプラスチックフィルムは、前記弱シール部を引っ張りによって開通させるために、前記被溶着物である前記薬剤バッグ本体用のプラスチックフィルムに溶着される取っ手用プラスチックフィルムである、請求項1に記載の溶着方法。 - 薬剤バッグであって、
薬剤を収容する室を形成するようにシールされる薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムと、
前記室と外部とを通じさせるために前記薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムの間に挟まれて溶着されるプラスチック製のポート部材と、
前記ポート部材が溶着された箇所に配置され且つ赤外線レーザーを吸収して発熱する発熱要素と、を有することを特徴とする薬剤バッグ。 - 薬剤バッグであって、
薬剤を収容する複数の室を形成するようにシールされる薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムを有し、前記複数の室は、前記薬剤バッグの周囲をシールする強シール部と、各室の間を仕切る弱シール部とによって構成され、
更に、前記弱シール部を引っ張りによって開通させるために、前記薬剤バッグ本体用の2枚のプラスチックフィルムにそれぞれ溶着される取っ手用プラスチックフィルムと、
前記取っ手用プラスチックフィルムが溶着された箇所に配置され且つ赤外線レーザーを吸収して発熱する発熱要素と、を有することを特徴とする薬剤バッグ。
