Abstract
Description
この処理槽内であって、上記原水の水中内に設置された電磁式水処理装置とで構成され、
上記電磁式水処理装置は、原水に混合された水素ガスから水素イオンを生成するための水処理部を有し、
この水処理部内には上記原水と水素ガスが通過する電磁部が設けられ、
上記電磁部内で水素ガスを気泡化および電離化処理されると共に、上記金属ミネラルに上記水素イオン中のヒドリドを配位させた錯イオン化金属ミネラルを生成され、
上記錯イオン化金属ミネラルを上記原水中に放出することで、アルカリ性を呈する還元水を生成するようにしたことを特徴とする。
この発明では電磁式の水処理装置を使用して、金属ミネラルを含んだ原水を還元化した水を生成する。この還元化に水素ガスを用いる。
この気泡剪断部40Cもまたステンレスなどの腐食しにくい金属材が使用された下部内筒65と下部外筒66とで構成され、下部内筒65は円板状をなす金属製若しくは樹脂製の上下閉塞板68,70を有し、その周面の一部(中央上部側)には円板状をなすフランジ72が取り付けられている。上下閉塞板68,70は金属材で構成されるが、フランジ72は金属製あるいは樹脂製の何れであってもよい。
まず基準水面Lまで送給管104を介して処理槽102に原水を供給する。原水としては地下水を塩素で消毒した地下水を使用した。地下水の酸化還元電位EHは100mV程度である。地下水の代わりに水道水を使用してもよい。水道水の酸化還元電位EHは300mV程度である。
表1の実測値をグラフにすると図11のようになる。
Claims (3)
- 金属ミネラルを含む原水から還元水を生成するための処理槽と、
この処理槽内であって、上記原水の水中内に設置された電磁式水処理装置とで構成され、
上記電磁式水処理装置は、原水に混合された水素ガスから水素イオンを生成するための水処理部を有し、
この水処理部内には上記原水と水素ガスが通過する電磁部が設けられ、
上記電磁部内で水素ガスを気泡化および電離化処理されると共に、上記金属ミネラルに上記水素イオン中のヒドリドを配位させた錯イオン化金属ミネラルを生成され、
上記錯イオン化金属ミネラルを上記原水中に放出することで、アルカリ性を呈する還元水を生成するようにした
ことを特徴とする還元水生成装置。 - 還元水の酸化還元電位は、マイナス500mV以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の還元水生成装置。 - 上記水素イオンの気泡を微細化する気泡剪断部が上記電磁部の下流側に設けられ、
上記気泡剪断部を構成する下部内筒と下部外筒との間には、通過する水流を妨げるフィンが設けられ、
水流を上記フィンに多重衝突させることによって、上記気泡を微細化する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の還元水生成装置。
