Claims (7)
- 原料を一対の加圧ロールにより圧縮成形して造粒物を製造する圧縮成型法であって、
前記一対の加圧ロールのうち、少なくとも一方の加圧ロールが、該加圧ロールの外周部に所定の個数の成型孔を有するとともに、各成型孔に挿入される圧縮ピンと該圧縮ピンと分離して配置される所定の個数のピン支持部材とを摺動自在に内装しており、圧縮成形された造粒物を前記圧縮ピンが前記ピン支持部材とすべり接触しながら押し出す;
造粒物の圧縮成型法。 - 原料を一対の加圧ロールにより圧縮成形して造粒物を製造する圧縮成型法であって、
外周部に所定の個数の成型孔を有するとともに、各成型孔に挿入される圧縮ピンと該圧縮ピンと分離して配置される所定の個数のピン支持部材とを摺動自在に内装する一対の加圧ロール間に原料を送り込む工程と、
該一対の加圧ロールにより原料を圧縮成形する工程と、
前記圧縮ピンが前記ピン支持部材とすべり接触しながら圧縮成形された造粒物を押し出す工程とを含む;
造粒物の圧縮成型法。 - 前記所定の個数のピン支持部材がそれぞれ所定の個数の圧縮ピンを分割して支持している;
請求項1または2記載の造粒物の圧縮成型法。 - 原料を一対の加圧ロールにより圧縮成形して造粒物を製造する圧縮成型装置であって、
前記一対の加圧ロールのうち、少なくとも一方の加圧ロールが、該加圧ロールの外周部に所定の個数の成型孔を有するとともに、各成型孔に挿入される圧縮ピンと該圧縮ピンと分離して配置される所定の個数のピン支持部材とを摺動自在に内装してなる;
造粒物の圧縮成型装置。 - 原料を一対の加圧ロールにより圧縮成形して造粒物を製造する圧縮成型装置であって、
外周部に穿通される所定の個数の成型孔に挿入される圧縮ピン、該圧縮ピンと分離して配置される所定の個数のピン支持部材、および前記圧縮ピンとピン支持部材を半径方向に押し出す押圧手段を内装する一対の加圧ロールと、
該一対の加圧ロール間に原料を送り込む供給手段とを備えてなる;
造粒物の圧縮成型装置。 - 前記所定の個数のそれぞれのピン支持部材が所定の個数の圧縮ピンを分割して支持してなる;
請求項4または5記載の造粒物の圧縮成型装置。 - 前記一対の加圧ロールのうち、一方の加圧ロールに対向させて配設される補助ロールを備えてなる;
請求項5記載の造粒物の圧縮成型装置。
