Claims (4)
- 外周面にねじ側螺旋溝が形成されるねじ部材と、
内周面にナット側螺旋溝が形成されるナット部材と、
前記ねじ側螺旋溝と前記ナット側螺旋溝との間に転動自在に設置される複数の転動体と、
前記ねじ部材と前記ナット部材との対向環状空間に設置され、前記複数の転動体を所定位置で転動自在に保持する保持器リングと、
前記ねじ部材又は前記ナット部材の一方を回転側部材としたときに、この回転側部材の回転にともなって前記保持器リングを前記回転側部材の回転位相に対して一定の関係を保つ状態で回転させながら、前記ねじ側螺旋溝及び前記ナット側螺旋溝のリード角に応じて軸方向に移動させる動力伝達手段と、
を備える転動体ねじ装置であって、
前記動力伝達手段は、
前記ねじ部材に形成される外歯と、
前記ナット部材に形成される内歯と、
前記外歯と前記内歯のそれぞれに噛合する状態で前記保持器リングの円周所定位置に回転可能に保持される複数の遊星歯車と、
から構成され、さらに、
前記外歯は、前記ねじ部材に形成されるねじ側螺旋溝と重畳しないように、前記ねじ側螺旋溝の軸方向の別領域に形成され、
前記内歯は、前記ナット部材に形成されるナット側螺旋溝と重畳しないように、前記ナット側螺旋溝の軸方向の別領域に形成されることを特徴とする転動体ねじ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の転動体ねじ装置において、
前記ねじ部材は、前記ねじ側螺旋溝が形成されるねじ部材本体部と、前記外歯が形成される外歯形成部とから構成され、
前記ナット部材は、前記ナット側螺旋溝が形成されるナット部材本体部と、前記内歯が形成される内歯形成部とから構成されていることを特徴とする転動体ねじ装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の転動体ねじ装置において、
前記外歯、前記内歯及び前記遊星歯車のギヤ角度が、前記ねじ側螺旋溝及び前記ナット側螺旋溝のリード角と対応するように形成されていることを特徴とする転動体ねじ装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の転動体ねじ装置において、
前記遊星歯車の中心軸が、前記複数の転動体のピッチ円上に配置されていることを特徴とする転動体ねじ装置。
