Claims (9)
- 差動ローラーねじであって、ねじ(3)と、外側ナット(2)と、第一の溝を備えた第一のローラーのグループ(4)を含む転がり要素とを含み、前記第一のグループが前記ねじ周囲の第一の円筒形リング内に配置され、この差動ローラーねじが第二の溝を備えた第二のローラーのグループ(4’)を含み、前記第二のグループが第二の円筒形リング内に配置され、前記2つの円筒形リングが同軸であり、中間の円筒要素(7)が前記2組のローラーのグループ(4、4’)間に配置され、前記中間の円筒要素(7)が、第一のピッチを用いて形成され第一の方向を有する第一のめねじと、第二のピッチを用いて形成され前記第一の方向とは反対の第二の方向を有する第二のおねじとを備え、
中間の円筒要素(7)が、第一のローラーのグループ(4)を介して、ねじ(3)に接続され、第一のローラーのグループ(4)の第一の溝が、中間の円筒要素(7)の第一のめねじに接触し、
中間の円筒要素(7)が、第二のローラーのグループ(4’)を介して、外側ナット(2)に接続され、第二のローラーのグループ(4’)の第二の溝が、中間の円筒要素(7)の第二のおねじに接触する
ことを特徴とする、差動ローラーねじ。 - 第一のローラのグループ(4)と、第二のローラーのグループ(4’)が、共に、ねじ切りされ、ねじ山が前記第一及び第二の溝により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記第一及び第二の溝が円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記ローラーの前記第一の溝、および、第二の溝の横断面が三角形であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3のいずれかに記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記中間の円筒要素(7)が電動機(5)により回転駆動され、前記中間の円筒要素(7)が前記第一の方向に並進移動し、前記外側ナット(2)が前記第二の方向に並進駆動され、前記ねじ(3)が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記中間の円筒要素(7)が電動機(5)により回転駆動され、前記中間の円筒要素が前記電動機(5)に接続され、回転において前記電動機(5)をガイドし、前記中間の円筒要素(7)が前記第一の方向に並進移動し、前記ねじ(3)が前記第二の方向に並進駆動され、前記外側ナット(2)が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記外側ナットがハブ(50)であることを特徴とする、請求項1、5又は6のいずれか一項に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記第一のローラーのグループ(4)、および、第二のローラーのグループ(4’)がそれぞれの各端部に2つのねじ切りされた円筒形部分(41)を備え、前記第一のローラーのグループ(4)、および、第二のローラーのグループ(4’)の中央部分(40)が、前記ねじ切りされた円筒形部分よりも小さい半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1、5又は6のいずれか一項に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
- 前記第一のピッチ(P1)が前記第二のピッチ(P2)と異なる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の差動ローラーねじ。
