Claims (21)
- 穿刺針を有する穿刺体と、上記穿刺体を収容するための内部空間を有する中空部材と、を備えたランセットであって、
上記中空部材には、上記内部空間において上記穿刺針が密閉された状態とするための封止部が設けられている、ランセット。 - 上記中空部材は、上記穿刺針を穿刺方向に移動させたときに上記穿刺針の移動を許容するための開口部を有しており、
上記封止部は、上記開口部を覆うように固着されたシール材を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のランセット。 - 上記シール材は、フィルム状に形成されており、かつ上記中空部材の端面に固着されている、請求項2に記載のランセット。
- 上記シール材は、少なくとも一部が上記中空部材の端面よりも上記穿刺方向とは反対方向に退避している、請求項2に記載のランセット。
- 上記開口部は、上記中空部材の端面よりも上記穿刺方向とは反対方向に退避した位置に設けられたフランジ部により規定されており、
上記シール材は、フィルム状に形成されており、かつ上記フランジ部に固着されている、請求項4に記載のランセット。 - 上記シール材は、ドーム状に形成されており、その頂部が上記中空部材の端面よりも上記穿刺方向とは反対方向に退避した位置となるように上記中空部材に固着されている、請求項4に記載のランセット。
- 上記シール材は、多孔質に形成されている、請求項2に記載のランセット。
- 上記中空部材および上記シール材は、同一または同種の樹脂材料により形成されている、請求項2に記載のランセット。
- 上記穿刺体は、その一部において上記中空部材の内面に密着した状態で上記中空部材に保持されており、
上記穿刺針は、上記穿刺体から露出する部分が、上記穿刺体および上記中空部材の密着部分と上記シール材との間に密閉されている、請求項2に記載のランセット。 - 上記中空部材は、上記穿刺方向とは反対方向において開放する追加の開口部を有しており、
上記封止部は、上記追加の開口部を覆うように固着された追加のシール材をさらに含んでいる、請求項2に記載のランセット。 - 上記中空部材には、上記穿刺体を上記穿刺方向に移動させたときに上記穿刺体に対して上記穿刺方向とは反対方向に向けた力を作用させるためものであり、かつ上記穿刺体が上記開口部から離脱するのを防止するための弾性部が設けられている、請求項10に記載のランセット。
- 上記封止部は、上記中空部材に一体成型されている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 使用後において、上記中空部材から上記穿刺体が離脱するのを防止するための離脱防止手段をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記離脱防止手段は、上記穿刺体に設けられた1以上の弾性部を含んでいる、請求項13に記載のランセット。
- 上記1以上の弾性部は、上記中空部材の内面に係合する状態と係合しない状態とを選択可能なものである、請求項14に記載のランセット。
- 分析用具をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のランセット。
- 上記分析用具は、体液を保持するためのキャピラリを有しており、
上記穿刺針は、上記キャピラリを通過可能とされている、請求項16に記載のランセット。 - 上記中空部材は、上記内部空間に連通し、かつ上記分析用具を固定するための凹部を有している、請求項16に記載のランセット。
- 上記分析用具は、作用極および対極を有しており、
上記中空部材には、一方の端部が上記作用極または上記対極に接触し、他方の端部が上記中空部材から露出する一対のリードが設けられている、請求項16に記載のランセット。 - 上記一方の端部は、板バネ状に形成されているとともに、上記作用極または上記対極を押圧している、請求項19に記載のランセット。
- 上記分析用具は、作用極および対極を有しており、
