Claims (8)
- 幅方向の寸法が規定されたフィルムを、前記幅方向の途中で2つ折りに重ね合わせた形状にして送り出すフィルム供給手段と、
前記フィルムの幅方向に延びるヒートカッタを、前記フィルムの長手方向の途中に押付け、前記2つ折りに重なるフィルム同士を前記ヒートカッタの熱で溶着させ且つ前記フィルムの長手方向の途中を分断することにより封筒を形成する製袋装置と、
前記封筒を搬送する封筒搬送手段と、
前記封筒に内容物を挿入する挿入装置とを備え、
前記製袋装置は、前記フィルム供給手段が前記フィルムを送り出す送出方向の前方へ前記ヒートカッタを移動させながら、前記ヒートカッタを前記フィルムに押付け、前記挿入装置は、前記封筒搬送手段により前記封筒が搬送される搬送方向の前方へ前記内容物を移動させながら、前記封筒の内部へ前記内容物を挿入することを特徴とする封筒詰め装置。 - 前記製袋装置は、前記ヒートカッタを前記フィルムに押付け、又は前記ヒートカッタを前記フィルムから退けるカッタ動作手段と、
前記ヒートカッタに対向し、前記フィルムの前記ヒートカッタが押付けられる箇所を支持するバックアップローラと、
前記ヒートカッタが前記フィルムに押付けられる過程で、前記ヒートカッタ、及び前記バックアップローラを前記送出方向の前方へ移動させ、前記ヒートカッタが前記フィルムから退けられる過程で、前記ヒートカッタ、及び前記バックアップローラを前記送出方向の後方へ移動させる側縁追動手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封筒詰め装置。 - 前記カッタ動作手段は、前記ヒートカッタを案内する案内手段と、駆動源にて回転されるカムと、前記カムに従い往復運動する従節とを備え、前記ヒートカッタに前記従節を接続したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の封筒詰め装置。
- 前記封筒搬送手段は、前記搬送方向に沿って走行するベルトに、互いに前記搬送方向に隔たる複数の通気孔を形成し、前記ベルトを支持する支持体の前記複数の通気孔の真下に対応する位置に、前記搬送方向に延び且つ互いに前記搬送方向に縦列する複数の通気溝を形成したベルトコンベヤと、
前記複数の通気溝にそれぞれ接続された複数の吸引手段とを備え、
個々の前記吸引手段が、前記ベルトの通気孔に、個々の前記通気溝を介して前記封筒を吸引する吸引力を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の封筒詰め装置。 - 前記封筒搬送手段は、前記搬送方向に沿って走行する複数のベルトに、互いに前記搬送方向に隔たる複数の通気孔を形成し、前記複数のベルトを支持する支持体の前記複数の通気孔の真下に対応する位置に、前記搬送方向に互いに平行に延びる複数の通気溝を形成したベルトコンベヤと、
前記複数の通気孔に、前記複数の通気溝を相互に接続する風道を介して、前記封筒を吸引する吸引力を発生させる吸引手段と、
前記複数の通気溝の中から選択できる通気溝を前記風道に接続、又は前記風道から遮断できる開閉手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の封筒詰め装置。 - 前記挿入装置は、互いに前記搬送方向に隔たり、前記内容物を前記封筒の内部へ案内する一対のガイドレールと、
前記一対のガイドレールの間に設けられ、前記内容物を前記封筒の内部へ押し込むプッシュロッドと、
前記一対のガイドレール、及び前記プッシュロッドを、前記封筒搬送手段が前記封筒を搬送する搬送速度で前記搬送方向へ移動させる搬送追動手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の封筒詰め装置。 - 前記搬送追動手段は、互いに前記搬送方向に隔たる複数の追動回転輪と、
前記複数の追動回転輪に巻掛され、前記複数の追動回転輪の回転に従って前記搬送速度で駆動される無端状の周回牽体と、
前記プッシュロッドに連結されたプッシュ従節と、
前記周回牽体に沿って設置され、前記従節を滑動自在に係合する無端状のプッシュカムレールとを備え、
前記一対のガイドレール、及び前記プッシュロッドを前記周回牽体で支持し、
前記周回牽体が駆動される過程で、前記プッシュカムレールに従って前記プッシュ従節と共に前記プッシュロッドが、前記封筒に接近する方向へ変位し、又は前記封筒から離れる方向へ変位することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の封筒詰め装置。 - 前記搬送追動手段は、前記一対のガイドレールに連結されたガイド従節と、
前記周回牽体に沿って設置され、前記ガイド従節を滑動自在に係合する無端状のガイドカムレールとを備え、
前記周回牽体が駆動される過程で、前記ガイドカムレールに従って前記ガイド従節と共に前記一対のガイドレールが、前記封筒に接近する方向へ変位し、又は前記封筒から離れる方向へ変位することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の封筒詰め装置。
