Claims (3)
- 周方向に複数の凹状部を有する外周形状のアウターケースに取り付けられる大径側取付部と、シャフトに取り付けられる小径側取付部と、両者を一体に連結する蛇腹部とを備えるジョイントブーツであって、
前記大径側取付部は、外周形状が円形状をなす一方、内周形状が周方向の複数箇所において径方向内方に張り出しており、該張り出し部において大径側取付部は、径方向内方に湾曲状に張り出す内側壁部と、大径側取付部の外周面の一部を構成する円弧状の外側壁部と、これら内側壁部と外側壁部を両者の周方向中央で連結する径方向に延びる中央支持壁と、該中央支持壁の両側において前記内側壁部と外側壁部を連結する左右のサイド支持壁とを備えてなり、該サイド支持壁が外方ほど前記中央支持壁に近づくように傾斜していることを特徴とするジョイントブーツ。 - 前記サイド支持壁が、前記内側壁部における前記中央支持壁との連結部と前記外側壁部への付け根部との中間位置において、前記内側壁部に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のジョイントブーツ。
- 前記サイド支持壁の前記内側壁部に対する角度が70°〜110°であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のジョイントブーツ。
