Abstract

Consequently, the coating width after substrate matching becomes stable and the sphere 18 contacts a protection film formed on the substrate 2 and although the sphere 18 rotates in the coating, the protective film is hard to flaw and the generation of foreign matter due to the separation of the protection film is eliminated.
