Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting member coating film having perovskite type cristallized structure arranged stably in a C axis in the film thickness direction by providing ceramics superconducting coating film on the outside of a core material, heat-retaining it in oxygen atmosphere, and thereafter rapidly cooling it. CONSTITUTION:A core material using a single or multi-wire made of a nonferromagnetic material having heat resistance has a perovskite type crystallized structure at the surface layer on the core material. After a ceramics superconducting coating film is formed on th outside of this core material, it is thermally treated at a temperature 300-1000 deg.C in an oxygen atmosphere and rapidly cooled, and thus it has a stable C axis orientation along the film thickness direction. In performing the rapid cooling, oil or gas is jetted from a small hole or slit to the surface of the superconducting wire.
