Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable obtaining a superconducting critical temperature close to the case of ceramic by forming a superconducting membrane composed of a specific metal oxide after the application of a Pt thin film on a perovskite oxide thin film. CONSTITUTION:There is arranged a thin film of pervoskite oxide ABO3 in a (001) direction perpendicular to a substrate and showing superconductivity, and a superconducting thin film comprised of MBa2CU3O7-y is formed on the pervoskite oxide membrane via a Pt thin film. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the counter diffusion of metal constituents between ABO3 as a substrate material and MBa2CU3O7-y as a superconducting material, thereby eliminating the characteristic deterioration of a superconducting material due to the phenomenon of counter diffusion generated on a boundary surface during a thin film making process and heat treatment after the completion of the thin film. Consequently, Tc close to the case of ceramics becomes available.
