Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary air control valve C is installed in an auxiliary air passage B connected to an intake passage so as to make a detour around a throttle valve A. The excessive rise of the intake negative pressure is regulated by duty-controlling the auxiliary air control valve C by an auxiliary air controller D in the case when the throttle valve A is perfectly closed in deceleration operation, and the engine revolution speed is feedback-controlled so as to maintain an aimed idle revolution speed in idle operation. In this case, an anomaly detecting means E for detecting the anomaly of the auxiliary air controller D and an engine revolution speed detecting means F are installed. When an anomaly is detected and the engine revolution speed is over a prescribed value, fuel feed into an engine is suspended by a fuel feed stop means G.
