Acceleration and deceleration judging means judge acceleration or deceleration according to a detection value from throttle valve opening detection means, and according to the judgement, acceleration increase decreasing correction means gradually decrease the acceleration increase correction at a designated time after acceleration is judged. The acceleration increase correction stop means are adapted to stop the acceleration increase correction only when a throttle valve opening becomes smaller enough to change the air intake quantity.
