Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent leaning in acceleration from fuel cut and to improve exhaust gas characteristic by increase acceleration according to the fuel quantity flowing along a wall in case of acceleration from fuel cut and accelerating according to the accelerating condition in the other cases of accelerating operation. CONSTITUTION:Detection values of an air flow meter 4, a crank angle sensor 7, a throttle sensor 8, a water temperature sensor 9 and so on are input to a control device 6 to compute and control the valve opening time of a fuel injection valve 2. A control circuit judges the accelerating operation according to the change rate of valve opening of a throttle valve and when it is judged that fuel cut is conducted now or just before accelerating operation, interrupt injection where fuel quantity flowing along a wall is added is performed by the increase coefficient which increases as the change rate of a throttle valve opening increases and the increase coefficient which decreases as the cooling water temperature becomes higher.
